Վահե Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
1991 թ. այս օրը` սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, հռչակվեց Արցախի Հանրապետությունը։ Վճռականության, արյան ու ցավի գնով արցախահայությունը պայքարեց սեփական հողում ազատ, անկախ ապրելու իր իրավունքի համար։ Պայքարեց ու պայքարում է նաև այսօր։
Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակումից 32 տարի անց համազգային միջոցառումների ու տոնական տրամադրության փոխարեն Արցախում դատարկ խանութների ցուցափեղկերին նայող երեխաներ են, ամիսներ շարունակվող տոտալ շրջափակման հետևանքով սովահարության եզրին գտնվող ժողովուրդ, Արցախից "ձեռքերը լվացած" հայաստանյան իշխանություն, օր օրի աճող անվտանգային մարտահրավերներ ու ներքին ցնցումներ, անորոշ ապագա...
Արցախում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցները, որոնք մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ապացուցել են իրենց տոկունությունն ու պայքարի ոգին, այսօր հուսահատվելու եզրին են։ Նրանք այսօր մեր բոլորի կարիքն ունեն, համայն հայության միասնականության ու համախմբման կարիքն ունեն։
Ես հավատում եմ, որ թունելի վերջում անպայման լույս լինելու է։ Լինելու է լույս` խաղաղ կարգավորման ու արժանապատիվ ապագայի տանող, որի հիմքում դրվելու է 1991 թ. սեպտեմբերի 2-ն ու սեպտեմբերի 2-ի խորհուրդը։
Շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի մեր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս` հայ ժողովրդի պատմության ամենապայծառ էջերից մեկի` Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակման առթիվ։
Խոնարհումս` Արցախի ու Հայաստանի համար կյանքը տված մեր բոլոր նահատակների հիշատակին։
