Տաթև համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը հափշտակել է համայնքապատկան 4.5 մլն դրամ

Ավարտվել է Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթև համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի կողմից՝ իրեն վստահված խոշոր չափերով գույքը հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Տաթև համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը, 2016թ. փետրվարից մինչև 2021թ. փետրվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում զբաղեցնելով հիշյալ պաշտոնը, օգտագործելով ծառայողական լիազորությունները և դրանից բխող հեղինակությունը, կատարել է իրեն վստահված խոշոր չափերով գույքի հափշտակություն:
Մասնավորապես, վերջինս, առանց համայնքի ավագանու համապատասխան որոշման և սահմանված կարգով ծառայությունների մատուցման պայմանագրեր կնքելու, համայնքի վարչական, ինչպես նաև` Քաջարան-Լեռնաձոր տարածքում Հայաստան-Իրան բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման հոսքագծերի հենասյուներ տեղադրելու համար հողային աշխատանքներ կատարելու նպատակով, 2018-2020թթ. ընթացքում՝ շուրջ 100 օր, համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող, «Տաթև համայնքի բարեկարգում և գյուղաշխատանքներ» ՀՈԱԿ-ի հաշվեկշռում գտնվող էքսկավատորը տրամադրել է իրանական ՍՊ ընկերությանը՝ օրական 8 ժամ՝ 1 ժամը 15.000-ից 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ 2020թ.-ին` 20.000-ից 25.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժեքով: Էքսկավատորի շահագործման արդյունքում ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ` ԻԻՀ քաղաքացուց ստացած, փաստացի համայնքին պատկանող ընդհանուր 13.600.000 ՀՀ դրամից 4.454.000 ՀՀ դրամը, համայնքի բյուջե մուտքագրելու փոխարեն, համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը հափշտակել է:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա Տաթև համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
