Պատերազմի մեկ օրն Ուկրաինային «արժենում է» 100 միլիոն դոլար. Ռեզնիկով

Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարար Ալեքսեյ Ռեզնիկովն ukrinform.ua-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ պատերազմի մեկ օրն Ուկրաինային «արժենում է» 100 միլիոն դոլար, և որ հիմնականում ծախսվում են պետական միջոցները, ոչ թե կամավորների հավաքած գումարները։
Նախարարին հարցրել են, թե ինչու են առաջնագծում անօդաչու թռչող սարքերն այդքան քիչ, և ինչու են դրանք գնվում այն միջոցներով, որոնք քաղաքացիները նվիրաբերում են կամավորներին, այլ ոչ թե բյուջեի միջոցներով։
«Ես կարող եմ ձեզ ասել, որ 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ից մինչ օրս կամավորների հավաքած գումարները կազմում են պատերազմին ուղղված միջոցների 3%-ը. պատերազմի մեկ օրը մեզ արժենում է 100 միլիոն դոլար։ Հիմա վերցրեք բոլոր հարգելի խոշոր կամավորական հիմնադրամների բյուջեները, տեսեք, թե որքան են հավաքում: Իսկ պետությունն օրական 100 մլն դոլար է ծախսում։ Պարզապես մտածեք դրա մասին», - ասել է նա:
Ուստի, ըստ Ռեզնիկովի, անարդար է պետությանը պահանջներ ներկայացնել առ այն, թե ամեն ինչ կամավորներն են անում, քանի որ դա այդպես չէ։
«Իրականում դա անում են Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիները՝ նրանք, որոնք աշխատում են, քանի որ նրանք հարկեր են վճարում, և այդ հարկերը գնում են բյուջե, իսկ բյուջեից դրանք գնում են բանակ: Բանակն այսօր միջոցների ամենախոշոր սպառողն է», - ասել է Ռեզնիկովը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է երկրի պաշտպանության նախարար Օլեքսեյ Ռեզնիկովի՝ պաշտոնը թողնելու մասին։
Ինչպես նշել է Զելենսկին իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում՝ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը կզբաղեցնի Ուկրաինայի Պետական գույքի հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Ռուստեմ Ումերովը։
«Օլեքսեյ Ռեզնիկովն անցել է լայնածավալ պատերազմի ավելի քան 550 օրվա միջով: Նախարարությանն անհրաժեշտ են նոր մոտեցումներ և փոխգործակցության այլ ձևաչափեր ինչպես զինվորականների, այնպես էլ առհասարակ հասարակության հետ: Այժմ նախարարությունը պետք է ղեկավարի Ռուստեմ Ումերովը: Գերագույն Ռադան շատ լավ գիտի այդ մարդուն, և պարոն Ումերովը լրացուցիչ ներկայացումների կարիք չունի։ Ակնկալում եմ, որ խորհրդարանը կաջակցի այս թեկնածուին»,- նշել է Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարը։
