Վերջին շրջանում համացանցում առավել ակտիվացել են դրամաշորթությունն ու խաբեբայությունը, որոնք իրականացվում են անհայտ անձանց կողմից ստեղծված կեղծ կայքերի և սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվող տեսանյութերի միջոցով։ Զեղծարարներն ապօրինաբար օգտագործել են նաև SHELL ապրանքանիշի անունն ու քաղաքացիներին առաջարկել ձեռք բերել SHELL-ի բաժնետոմսեր, կատարել կեղծ ներդրումներ և ստանալ շահույթ։
Զգուշացնում ենք, որ նմանատիպ ցանկացած հայտարարություն և գործողություն խարդախության դրսևորում է, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանն ու SHELL ապրանքանիշի հետ որևէ կապ չունի։
