«Մուսալեռ»-ում սպանության գործով հետախուզվողներից մեկը ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն

«Մուսալեռ» ռեստորանա-հյուրանոցային համալիրում հունվարի 6-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Ա. Պառավյանը ինքնակամ ներկայացել է, և նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Ա. Պառավյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով` 2016 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին նշված համալիրում որպես զենք օգտագորվող առարկայի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու համար։ Վերջինիս որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու որոշում քննիչը կայացրել էր հունվարի 9-ին և նույն օրը միջնորդություն ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
Հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Ա. Պառավյանն իրավապահ մարմիններին է ներկայացել հունվարի 11-ին և կալանավորվել։ Մեղադրյալը հարցաքննվել է, և նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ։ Ա. Պառավյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը վերահաստատելու միջնորդությունը քննարկման առարկա կդառնա ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով նախատեսված ժամկետում։
«Մուսալեռ» ռեստորանա-հյուրանոցային համալիրում հունվարի 6-ին տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի ժամանակ սպանվել է 22-ամյա Ա. Կարապետյանը, հրազենային վնասվածք ստացել Տարոնիկի գյուղապետ Ա. Խլղաթյանը։
Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ներկայումս հետախուզման մեջ է գտնվում 2 անձ` Ա. Բաբայանը, ով որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (խուլիգանություն՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից), 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ կետով (սպանություն՝ խուլիգանական դրդումներով), 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 10-րդ կետերով (խուլիգանական դրդումներով երկու կամ ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելը, պահելը, կրելը), Խ. Խաչիկյանը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (խուլիգանություն` մի խումբ անձանց կողմից)։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում հետախուզվողներին հայտնաբերելու, միջադեպի մյուս մասնակիցների ինքնությունը, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ:
