«Լաչինի միջանցքի, անցակետի հետ կապված Հայաստանի իշխանությունը չի անում այն ամբողջը, որը պիտի անի։ Միջանցքի բացումը ամենակարևոր հարցերից է, հստակ խախտվել են 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի պայմանավորվածությունները»։
Այս մասին քիչ առաջ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ու Մանե Թանդիլյանի համատեղ հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսիում հայտարարեց Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
«Բոլորը խոսում են խաղաղության պայմանագրի մասին, բայց ոչ ոք չի խոսում նույն նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթի մասին, որոնց կետերը, ինչպես ասացի, կատարված չեն։ Այս ոճով իհարկե անվստահություն են բերում նույն խաղաղության պայմանագրի հետ կապված, որովհետև դա կարող է նույն կերպ լինել, ինչպես նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթի դեպքում։ Եթե նույն ձև է լինելու, կետերը չեն կատարվելու, ապա ինչ կապ ունի արդեն այս դեպքում, թե ինչ է ստորագրվել։ Հստակ պետք է խոսել՝ ինչ է ստորագրվել, ինչ կետերի շուրջ է ստորագրվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթուղթը։ Կարծում եմ, որ բոլոր կողմերը, երեք կողմն էլ պիտի խոսի այդ մասին»,- հավելեց նա։
