«Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին Սոթքում զոհված տղաներից մեկը հարազատ եղբայրս է՝ Արսենը։
Ոչ մեկի համար նորություն չի, որ մենք արմատներով Արցախից ենք՝ Հադրութի շրջանից (մեր երկու ծնողներն էլ այնտեղ են ծնվել ու ապրել մինչև ամուսնությունը)։ Մեր Քեռին՝ Սեգոն, զոհվել է Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում։ Ձեզանից ոմանք ատում Արցախն ու արցախցիներին…
Թե բա Արցախը չլիներ՝ հանգիստ կապրեինք…

Իսկ ամենից ցավոտն այն է, որ ձեզանից ոմանք Արցախցիներին անգամ հայ չեն էլ համարում։
Մեր երկրում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների, եղբորս ու մյուս բոլոր տղաների զոհվելու առաջին մեղավորը հենց դուք եք, ձեր տգիտությունը ու էս կառավարությունը, որի միակ նպատակը մեր հայրենիքի վերջնական կործանումն է…
Բայց, էս երկիրը չի կործանվի։ Եղբայրս ու քեռիս զոհվել են հանուն Հայաստանի ու Արցախի գոյատևման, հանուն հայ ժողովրդի։ Մենք կործանվելու իրավունք չունենք։ Մենք կոտրվելու իրավունք չունենք։
Հ.Գ Արսենն ամուսնացած էր, ունի 2 անչափահաս դուստր։ Մի քանի ամսից ծնվելու է Արսենի որդին։ Արսենն անգամ չհասցրեց իմանալ, որ իր երրորդ երեխան տղա է լինելու…»։
