Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը Թբիլիսիում հանդիպել է Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազ Իրակլի Շոթաձեին

Շարունակվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի աշխատանքային այցը Վրաստան։
Այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին ընդունել է Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազ Իրակլի Շոթաձեն։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև Վրաստանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանը:
Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև քրեական վարույթների շրջանակներում իրավական փոխօգնությանն առնչվող հարցեր։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ձգտում է հնարավորինս զարգացնել Վրաստանի իրավապահ մարմինների հետ փոխգործակցությունը՝ ելնելով քրեական վարույթների շրջանակներում նախաքննության արդյունավետության բարձրացման, փորձի փոխանակման և անդրազգային հանցագործություններին դիմակայելու ընդհանուր կարիքներից։
Իրակլի Շոթաձեն և Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը միմյանց ներկայացրել են իրենց ղեկավարած համակարգերի գործառույթների շրջանակն ու առանձնահատկությունները։
Կարևորվել է երկու երկրների պրոֆիլային գերատեսչությունների միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության հետևողական խորացումը։ Այդ համատեքստում անդրադարձ է կատարվել վերջերս ՀՀ և Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազների՝ Վրաստան և Հայաստան կատարած այցերին։
Երկուստեք պատրաստակամություն է հայտնվել նպաստելու երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև փորձի և տեղեկատվության փոխանակման նոր հնարավորությունների իրացմանը։
