Արարատ Միրզոյանը ԱՄԷ-ում շեշտել է ԼՂ ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցերի՝ միջազգային մեխանիզմի ներքո հասցեագրման կարևորությունը

Պաշտոնական այցով Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը սեպտեմբերի 7-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել ԱՄԷ Դաշնային ժողովի նախագահ Սաքր Ղոբաշիի հետ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի և ԱՄԷ-ի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության և տարբեր ոլորտներում երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ընդլայնմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Երկուստեք նշվել է ՀՀ և ԱՄԷ միջև 25-ամյա դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման, երկու ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամական կապերի խթանման ուղղությամբ քայլերի իրականացման պատրաստակամությունը, այդ թվում՝ բարձրաստիճան այցերի, երկու երկրների կողմից կազմակերպվող միջոցառումներին ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ միջոցով։
Զրուցակիցները երկկողմ օրակարգն առաջ մղելու հարցում կարևորել են նաև խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը: Այս համատեքստում ընդգծվել է երկու խորհրդարաններում գործող բարեկամական խմբերի միջև աշխատանքների ակտիվացման նշանակությունը:
Անդրադառնալով Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված անվտանգային իրավիճակին՝ նախարար Միրզոյանն ԱՄԷ Դաշնային ժողովի նախագահին ներկայացրել է տարածաշրջանում կայունության և հարատև խաղաղության հաստատման՝ հայկական կողմի տեսլականը և առկա մարտահրավերները, հատկապես 2020թ. ԼՂ դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված պատերազմից ի վեր: Այս համատեքստում նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է ԼՂ ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցերի՝ միջազգային մեխանիզմի ներքո հասցեագրման կարևորությունը։
Նախարար Միրզոյանը հանգամանալից անդրադարձել է 2022թ. դեկտեմբերից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման և ս.թ. հունիսից ԼՂ 120.000 բնակչության փաստացի պաշարման հետևանքով ահագնացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամին։ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է միջազգային հանրության, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության համար առաջնային պատասխանատվություն ունեցող ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից խնդրի շարունակական հասցեագրման, գործընկերների կողմից հասցեական դիրքորոշման արտահայտման հրամայականը:
