Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի դեմ նոր ագրեսիա է նախապատրաստում

Վերջին օրերին ՀՀ սահմաններին ադրբեջանական զորքի կուտակումները, որոնց մասին այսօր Կառավարության նիստում խոսեց նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մտահոգվելու տեղիք են տալիս: Արդյոք սպասելի է նոր էսկալացիա:
MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ բոլոր նշանները խոսում են այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի դեմ նոր ագրեսիա է նախապատրաստում: Արցախի ՊԲ-ն տեսանյութով ներկայացրել է սահմանագծի շուրջ ադրբեջանական բանակի կուտակումները, տեղեկատվություն կա Կապանի ուղղությամբ թշնամական ծանր տեխնիկայի կուտակման մասին:
«Նոր պատերազմի վտանգը չի չեզոքացվել 2020 թվականի 44 օրյա պատերազմից հետո։ Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ նույնիսկ ավելի է ակտիվացել, բայց մեծ հաշվով նոր պատերազմի վտանգն ավելի մեծ է, քան կարճաժամկետ խաղաղության հնարավորությունը։ Ես համարում եմ, որ ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման հնարավորությունը մեծ է»,-ասաց նա։
Խոսելով ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակի մասին և դրա ֆոնին, օրինակ, հայ-ամերիկյան համատեղ զորավարժություն անցկացնելու մասին, փորձագետն ասաց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ցանկացած քայլ, որն ուղված է բանակն ավելի ուժեղ դարձնելու, նոր տեխնոլոգիաներով կամ նոր մեթոդների տիրապետելու հնարավորություններ ստեղծելուն դրական է գնահատում: Սակայն արդյո՞ք Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակցի հետ հարաբերությունների ակնհայտ սրացման ֆոնին անցկացվող հայ-ամերիկյան համատեղ զորավարժություններն էլ ավելի չեն սրի վիճակը.
«Ո՞ւմ համար է վտանգ, Հայաստանի համա՞ր է վտանգ, թե՞ Ռուսաստանի համար է վտանգ։ Ռուսաստանն այս տարածաշրջանից դուրս չի գա։ Հարաբերությունների սրացում կամ ընդհանրապես՝ 2020 թվականից հետո հարաբերությունները ոչ այդքան սահուն են ընթանում, որքան կարելի էր ենթադրել։ Դա ունի իր սուբյեկտիվ և օբյեկտիվ պատճառները, թե՛ Հայաստանի և թե՛ Ռուսաստանի համար։ Եվ այստեղ որոշ հարցերում, եթե Ռուսաստանի ազգային շահը չի համընկնում Հայաստանի ազգային շահի հետ, դա չի կարելի ասել, որ մեր հարաբերությունների վատացում է»,-արձագանքեց Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը։
