Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ։
Շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի ժողովրդին՝ անկախ պետականության նոր փուլը պատվով սկսելու առիթով։ Անկախ բոլոր անմարդկային դժվարություններից ու զրկանքներից, Արցախում նախագահական ընտրություններն անցան երկրի սահմանադրությանը և միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին լիակատար համապատասխանությամբ։

Այս պատմական դժվարին փուլը հաղթահարելու համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ներքին հաշտություն, հայկական աշխարհի ուժերի մեկտեղում, դաշնակիցների հետ վստահության վրա հիմնված ճիշտ հարաբերություններ, նոր գաղափարներ, նոր տեսլական և, իհարկե, մեծ հավատ։
 
Ես վստահ եմ, որ մենք ունենք բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ մեր սեփական հողում խաղաղ ու արժանապատիվ ապրելու համար։
 
Մեկ անգամ ևս ընդունեք իմ շնորհավորանքները։ Հուսով եմ՝ հեռու չէ այն օրը, երբ մենք կունենանք ուղիղ շփման և հարցերն անմիջականորեն քննարկելու հնարավորություն, իսկ մինչ այդ վստահ եղեք, որ հանձինս ինձ՝ Արցախն ունի լավ բարեկամ, որի սիրտն ու միտքն ամեն վայրկյան այդտեղ է, և որն իր ուժերի ներածին չափով միշտ պատրաստ է օգտակար լինել Արցախի ժողովրդին։
