Գարիկ Գալեյանը կալանավորվեց

Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայող Մխիթար Գալեյանի հայրը՝ Գարիկ Գալեյանը 2 ամսով կալանավորվեց։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց նրա փաստաբան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը։
Փաստաբանը նշեց, որ կալանքի կիրառումն իրավաչափ չէ, քանի որ Գարիկ Գալեյանն ունի առողջական խնդիրներ։
Նշենք, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում քննվում էր զոհված զինծառայող Մխիթար Գալեյանի հոր՝ Գարիկ Գալեյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը:
Դատարանի բակում նրա աջակիցներն այս պահին ակցիա են իրականացնում: Զոհվածների ծնողները պահանջում են ազատ արձակել նրան։
Ավելի վաղ ՔԿ-ից հայտնել էին, որ Գարիկ Գալեյանին երկու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ խուլիգանության հիմքով և իրացման նպատակով թմրամիջոց պահելու։
ՔԿ-ից մանրամասնել էին, որ Գալեյանի անձնական խուզարկությամբ վերջինիս մոտ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել 3 միանման պոլիէթիլենային փաթեթ՝ համապատասխանաբար 1.59 գրամ, 1.51 գրամ և 1.60 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշերով «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող յուրահատուկ հոտով դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածներով: Ոստիկանության փորձագիտական կենտրոնից ստացված եզրակացության համաձայն` նրա մոտ հայտնաբերված նյութը հանդիսանում է «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։
Նույն օրը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որը միացվել է ավելի վաղ Գ. Գալեյանի առնչությամբ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթին։
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից սեպտեմբերի 6-ին կայացվել է Գալեյանին ձերբակալելու մասին որոշում:
