Կայացվելիք որոշումներն ու լուծումներն անշուշտ ճակատագրական և շրջադարձային են լինելու Արցախի և ողջ հայ ժողովրդի համար, սակայն հավատացած եմ, որ արժանապատիվ խաղաղության պայմաններում Արցախի բարօրության և բարգավաճման բանաձևի իրագործումը սպառված չէ, և Դուք բացառիկ հնարավորություն ունեք այդ հարցում հաջողելու համար։
