Արցախի Հանրապետության 33 պատգամավոր ունեցող խորհրդարանում այսօր նախագահի ընտրության գործընթաց է:

Խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցած լայն քննարկումների և կայացած կոնսեսուսի արդյունքում, 5 խմբակցություններից 4-ը պաշտպանում են ԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Շահրամանյանի թեկնածությունը:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ ընտրություններում միայն մեկ թեկնածու է առաջադրվել:

Առաջին փուլով հաղթանակ տանելու համար Շահրամանյանի օգտին պետք է քվեարկի 22 պատգամավոր:
Խորհրդարանական ուժերն ԱԺ-ում ներկայացված են հետևյալ բաշխվածությամբ:

«Ազատ Հայրենիք»-16 պատգամավոր (նախկինում կուսակցությունը գլխավորում էր նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը)
«Միասնական հայրենիք»-9 պատգամավոր (այն ղեկավարում է Սամվել Բաբայանը և միակ ուժն է, որը չի պաշտպանում Շահրամանյանի թեկնածությունը)

ՀՅԴ-3 պատգամավոր
«Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցություն»-2 պատգամավոր
«Արդարություն կուսակցություն»-2 պատգամավոր
Եվս մեկ պատգամավոր անկուսակցական է:

«Ազատ Հայրենիք» կուսակցության մեկ պատգամավոր ՀՀ-ում է և ընտրության մասնակցելու հնարավորություն չունի, սակայն այս պահին 3 ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հետ միասին ունեն 22 պատգամավոր:
Այս պահին դեռ հստակ չէ, թե ինչպիսի դիրքորոշում ունի խորհրդարանի միակ անկախ պատգամավորը:
Արցախն այսօր ընտրություն կանի մի իրավիճակում, երբ Արցախի ու Հայաստանի շուրջ ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրությունն իր լարվածության պիկին են մոտենում, իսկ Արցախի տոտալ բլոկադայի պայմաններում մարդիկ սննվելու նույնիսկ նվազագույն պայմաններ չունեն:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է խորհրդարանական 2-րդ ուժի և որոշ անհատների` փողոցի միջոցով ԱԺ-ի վրա ճնշումներ գործադրելու հայտարարություններին, որոնցում կոնկրետ սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման բաղադրիչներ կան, ապա արցախցին ինքը պետք է ընտրի, թե ինչ ճանապարհ է ընտրում` ոչնչացնում է պետական ինստիտուտներն ու ներքին դիմակայության վերջին հնարավորությունները, թե պայքարի հնարավորություն ստեղծում:

Հատկապես այս պահին ցանկացած ցնցում, անկառավարելի վիճակ կամ քաոսային զարգացում ամենակարճ ճանապարհը կդառնա Արցախի ադրբեջանացման համար:

Սակայն ևս մեկ անգամ կրկնում եմ` Արցախը շրջափակման մեջ է ու այս պայմաններում և´ նախագահ ընտրողը, և´ պոտենցյալ փողոց ելնողն ու անկառավարելի վիճակ ստեղծողը, և´ սահմանադրություն պաշտպանողը, և´ իր կամքն իրացնողն արցախցին է ու պետք է իրադարձությունների զարգացման իր ընտրությունը կատարի. դրանից է կախված իր ֆիզիկական գոյությունն ու թշնամուն դիմսկայելու շանսը:
