Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արայիկ Հարությունյանի՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնից հեռանալուց և այդ պաշտոնում Սամվել Շահրամանյանի ընտրվելուց հետո Արցախում քաղաքական իրավիճակը որոշակիորեն կայունացել է, ինչը, սակայն, չի նշանակում, թե ներսում գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրները լուծվել են։ «Փաստ» թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ այս փուլում Շահրամանյանը բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրում է համախմբվածության և միասնականության ապահովման, ինչպես նաև պետական կառավարման համակարգի արդյունավետության ապահովման համար։
