svpressa.ru-ն «Ռազմական փորձագետ Լիտովկինը գնահատել է Երևանի շրջադարձը դեպի ԱՄՆ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքականությունը շատ հակասական է և շատ նման է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարության հանդեպ էժանագին շանտաժի։ Նման տեսակետ է հայտնել ռազմական դիտորդ, պաշտոնաթող գնդապետ Վիկտոր Լիտովկինը։ «Այն, որ Երևանը Փաշինյանի օրոք փորձում է թեքվել դեպի Արևմուտք, գաղտնիք չէ։ Ի դեպ, դա արվում է վաղուց։ Հետխորհրդային տարածքում ամերիկյան ամենամեծ դեսպանատունը Հայաստանում է, հանրապետությունում գործում են հարյուրավոր ՀԿներ, այդ թվում՝ ամերիկացիների մասնակցությամբ, բացի այդ, անընդհատ հակառուսական քարոզչություն է իրականացվում։ Դրան գումարած՝ Հայաստանը երկար ժամանակ համագործակցում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ, ինչը նույնպես ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ. հայ զինվորականները մասնակցել են ԱՄՆ-ի գործողություններին Աֆղանստանում, Կոսովոյում և այլ վայրերում»,- նշել է փորձագետը՝ մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի տարածքում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համատեղ զորավարժությունները։

Վիկտոր Լիտովկինն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ Երևանը վերջին շրջանում գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է «դժգոհում», որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը օգնության չեկավ Հայաստանին, երբ պատերազմում էր Ադրբեջանի հետ: «Բայց պետք է հասկանալ, որ ՀԱՊԿ որոշումներն ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով, և այն ընդունվում է այդ կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների կողմից, իսկ շատ պետությունների ղեկավարներ դեմ են արտահայտվել հակամարտությանը մասնակցելուն։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանը հետ է կանչել ՀԱՊԿ-ում իր ներկայացուցչին՝ փորձելով սպառնալ, որ իրենք կարող են անդամակցել ՆԱՏՕ-ին։ Բայց դա էլ շանտաժի տարր է, Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի «հրավերը» չի եղել պաշտոնական գործչի կողմից, այլ անհայտ չափահասի կողմից, որն, իմ կարծիքով, անձնական նախաձեռնություն է հանդես բերել»։ svpressa-ի զրուցակիցը հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանը շրջապատված է պետություններով, որոնք, մեղմ ասած, «չեն սիրում» իրեն: Բայց հիմա Հայաստանը ստանում է ռուսական գազ, նավթ, ուրան։

Եվ պետք է հասկանալ՝ ո՞վ ավելի շատ կկորցնի նման իրավիճակում՝ ՀԱ՞ՊԿ-ը, թե՞ Հայաստանը, որն, ըստ էության, զրկված է պաշտպանությունից։ Այսպիսով, հրաժարվելով Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունից, փորձելով շանտաժի ենթարկել Կրեմլին՝ Հայաստանը վտանգում է։ «Երևանում, իմ կարծիքով, չեն հասկանում, որ Վաշինգտոնում խաղալու են իր հետ, խաղալու են, ապա դուրս են շպրտելու։ Չմոռանանք, որ ԱՄՆ-ը Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցն է, և դա կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ Հայաստանը կորցնի ոչ միայն իր ինքնիշխանությունն ու անկախությունը (և այդպիսի օրինակները շատ են), այլ նաև կարող է կորցնել պետականությունը, իր ինքնությունը», - ընդգծել է Վիկտոր Լիտովկինը:
