Զարգացման եվրասիական բանկը ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում ասիական ներդրումների կայուն աճ է արձանագրում

Չինաստանի ներդրողները առավելագույն ակտիվություն են ցուցաբերում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրներում ուղղակի ներդրումների առումով։ 2008-2014թթ. Չինաստանի կուտակային օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների (ՕՈՒՆ) ծավալները ավելի քան կրկնապատկվել են՝ 11 մլրդ ԱՄՆ  դոլարից հասնելով 27.1 մլրդ դոլարի։ Միաժամանակ այստեղ ճապոնական կուտակային ՕՈԻՆ-ի ծավալը հասել է 14.4 մլրդ դոլարի, հարավկորեական ՕՈՒՆ-ինը՝ 1.9 մլրդ դոլարի։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշվում է Զարգացման Եվրասիական բանկի Ինտեգրացիոն հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի «ԵԱՏՄ և Եվրասիական աշխարհամասի երկրներ. Ուղղակի ներդրումների և մշտադիտարկում և վերլուծություն» խորագրով զեկույցում։

Դրա համաձայն՝ չինական ՕՈՒՆ-ի հիմնական ծավալը կենտրոնացած է Ղազախստանում (17.1 մլրդ դոլար՝ ածծա(րածինների արդյունահանում, տրասպորտային համալիր՝ 6.2 մլրդ դոլար), իսկ Ճապոնիայի ներդրումները՝ Ռուսաստանում։ Այդ երկրների ներդրողներին առաջին հերթին գրավում են ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հումքային ռեսուրսները։ Չինաստանի վերազգային ընկերությունները ՌԴ վառելիքային համալիրում ներդրել են 1.2 մլրդ դոլար։ Այդտեղ Ճապոնիան ներդրել է 10.1 մլրդ դոլար (Սախալին-1 և Սախալին-2 նավթագազային նախագծեր)։

ԵԱՏՄ երկրների մեքենաշինական համալրի նկատմամբ ճապոնական և հարավկորեական ընկերությունների հետաքրքրությունն արտահայտվել է 2 մլրդ դոլար կուտակային ՕՈՒՆ-ով. Հարավային Կորեայի կիզակետն ավտոմոբիլային և էլեկտրատեխնիակակն արտադրություններ են՝ նաև այլ հետխորհրդային երկրներ արտահանման նպատակով։

Իրանը շարունակում է   ավելացնել իր ներդրումները ԵԱՏՄ-ում ոչ բարձ, բայց կայուն տեմպերով։ Հիմնական ուղղությունը Բելառուսն է (հատկապես կոմերցիոն անշարժ գույքի շինարարությունն ու կառուցապատումը)։ Այստեղ Իրանի կուտակային ՕՈՒՆ-ի ծավալը 2014թ. ավարտին կազմել է 731 մլն դոլար՝ 2008թ. վերջի 64 մլն դոլարի դիմաց։ Իսկ ԵԱՏՄ բոլոր երկրներում ՕՈՒՆ-ը 2014թ. վերջին կազմել է 966 մլն դոլար, այն դեպքում երբ հակառակ ուղղությամբ ներդրումները կազմել են 10 մլն դոլար։

ԶԵԱԲ-ի զեկույցի համաձայն՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ում թուրքական ներդրումներն ըստ ոլորտների ավելի հավասարաչափ են բաշխված։ Այդ երկրի կուտակային ՕՈՒՆ-ը ԵԱՏՄ տարածաշչջանում, 2014թ. վերջի դրությամբ կազմել է 7.9 մլրդ դոլար, որից 72.5 տոկոսը՝ Ռուսաստանում, 13 տոկոսը՝ Բելառուսում և Ղազախստանում՝ 10.8 տոկոս.

Հնդկաստանի ՕՈՒՆ-ը Ռուսաստանում կազմել են 3.6 մլրդ դոլար (հիմնականում՝ վառելիքային համալիր), Ղազախստանում՝ 2.3 մլրդ դոլար (հիմնականում՝ սև մետալուրգիա)

ԶԵԱԲ-ի Ինտեգրացիոն հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի փորձագետները գտնում են, որ Ասիայի երկրների՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ում ներդումների աճի միտումը կշարունակվի։
