Խորը ցավով տեղեկացնում ենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, երկարատեև հիվանդությունից հետո, կյանքից անժամանակ հեռացել է Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի օդանավակայանների սերտիֆիկացման և օդային երթևեկության կազմակերպման վարչության պետի տեղակալ Յուրիկ Տիգրանի Իսկանդարյանը:
Նա ծնվել էր 1960 թվականին:
1997 թվականից աշխատել է «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում:
2005 թվականից աշխատում էր Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչությունում՝ որպես գլխավոր մասնագետ, իսկ 2021 թվականից՝ որպես Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի Օդանավակայանների սերտիֆիկացման և օդային երթևեկության կազմակերպման վարչության պետի տեղակալ:
2011 թվականից դասավանդում էր «Ավիաուսումնական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում՝ իր հարուստ փորձը փոխանցելով ավիացիայի երիտասարդ մասնագետներին:
