Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի թշնամին չէ և երբեք չի դառնա, հայտարարել է ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան Արևելյան տնտեսական ֆորումի շրջանակում ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում։

«Ռուսաստանը չէր, որ ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի իրավունքները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ, դա արեց Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը։ Իրենց՝ Հայաստանի ժողովրդի որոշելիքն է, թե ինչպես դրան արձագանքի։ Բայց պետք չէ Երևանում կայացված որոշումների մեղքն ու պատասխանատվությունը բարդել Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Ռուսաստանում թշնամի փնտրելու կարիք չկա. Ռուսաստանը երբեք Հայաստանի թշնամի չի եղել և չի լինի: Դա երբեք չի լինի»,- ընդգծել է նա։ 

Զախարովան նաև հավելել է, որ Մոսկվայի կոշտ արձագանքը Ռուսաստանի վերաբերյալ Երևանի կտրուկ հայտարարություններին «պայմանավորված է հասկացությունների փոխարինմամբ»։

«Մենք նույնիսկ այդքան ուշադրություն չէինք դարձնում անձնական բնույթի տոնայնությանը և վիրավորական բաներին, այն կոպտությանը, որը կար, մենք ուշադրություն չէինք դարձնում դրա վրա: Մենք ուշադրություն էինք դրանձնում նրան, որ դրանք հիմնված էին կեղծիքի, անճշտության կամ փաստերը փոխարինելու փորձի վրա։ Հենց դա էլ առաջացրեց մեր արձագանքը, ինչի պատճառով էլ դեսպանը կանչվեց ԱԳՆ»,- նշել է Զախարովան։

Ըստ նրա՝ «եթե ռուսական կողմն արձագանքի իրեն ուղղված ամենօրյա կոպիտ կոչերին, ապա այլևս հնարավոր չի լինի աշխատել, այլ միայն բողոքի նոտաներ գրել»։

«Երկրորդը, մեր ոճը չէ արձագանքել այս կոպտությանը: Դա պարզապես մեր մեթոդը չէ: Մենք այս ամենօրյա վեճից վեր ենք, բացառությամբ այն իրավիճակների, երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է հիմնարար նշանակություն ունեցող հասկացությունների փոխարինմանը», - բացատրել է զրուցակիցը:

Բացի այդ, Զախարովան զգուշացրել է «մեղավորին գտնելու գայթակղության» վտանգի մասին, երբ «ինչ-որ բան չի ստացվում կամ սխալ է լինում»։

«Որովհետև սա կարող է հանգեցնել աղետալի հետևանքների, սա վտանգավոր է Հայաստանի համար»,- եզրափակել է նա։

Անցյալ ուրբաթ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն կանչել է Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին՝ Երևանի կողմից ձեռնարկված մի շարք ոչ բարեկամական քայլերի, այդ թվում՝ հանրապետությունում ՄՔԴ-ի Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման գործընթացի մեկնարկի, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տիկնոջ Ուկրաինա մեկնելու և Կիևին մարդասիրական օգնություն փոխանցելու, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ-ի մասնակցությամբ երկրում զորավարժությունների անցկացման պատճառով։
