Պաշտոնական Երևանը բոլոր հարթակներում, և Հայաստանում բոլորը խոսում են առաջիկա պատերազմի մասին։ Նիկոլը զանգում է բոլորին, ում համարը կա իր հեռախոսի մեջ։ Այս մասին իր հոդվածում գրել է Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խմբի համահիմնադիր Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Բայց շվարած հայ հասարակությանը ոչ ոք չի տալիս մի քանի պարզ հարցերի պատասխան. պատերազմը ե՞րբ, որտե՞ղ, ո՞ւմ միջև, ինչի՞ համար է։ Ո՞րն է Ալիևի պատերազմի նպատակը, վերջը նա ի՞նչ է ուզում։ Չի լինում պատերազմ՝ առանց նպատակի։

Եթե Ալիևն ուզում է բացել Աղդամի ճանապարհը, ինչո՞ւ է հարձակվում Հայաստանի վրա։

Եթե Ալիևն ուզում է ստանալ իրեն խոստացվածը՝ ՀՀ-ից 8 անկլավները, ապա որոշակի իմաստ ուրվագծվում է։ Բայց այդ դեպքում պետք է հայ հանրությունը հարց ձևակերպի իր վարչապետին՝ ո՞նց ես խոսք տվել նման բան, ի՞նչ իրավունքով։

Եթե Ալիևն ուզում է իրեն խոստացված այլ բաներ, ապա հանրության հարցադրումը պետք է լինի՝ իսկ ուրիշ էլ ի՞նչ ես խոսք տվել, որ մենք չգիտենք։

Ստացվում է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը 2018-ից սկսած՝ բացառապես պատերազմի մատերիալ է։

Բոլոր պատերազմները ռիսկային են, և կողմերը մեծ գին են վճարում։ Հենց այնպես պատերազմներ չեն լինում։ Հայ հանրությանը պետք է սա բացատրել, ու հետո միասին փորձել հասկանալ պատճառները։

Պետք է բացատրել ժողովրդին, որ պատերազմները միշտ ունենում են քաղաքական բանակցային սխալներ, պատճառներ։ Մեր պարագայում դա թշնամուն տրված մեծածավալ խոստումներն են, նրա մոտ առաջացրած սպասումները։

Հետևաբար՝ պատերազմ չստանալու ճանապարհը այդ քաղաքական-բանակցային սխալները զգուշորեն շտկելն է։ Հենց այնպես պատերազմներ երբեք չեն լինում, ու չի լինում նաև իշխանության կոպտագույն սխալների ֆոնին լուռ կամ դիտորդ ընդդիմադիր լիդերություն։ Դա նշանակում է՝ ինքնահոսի մատնել ողբերգության տանող ընթացքը։ Դա լիդերություն չէ, դա ուրիշ բան է։

Այս ամենի ֆոնին ամենևին չի բացառվում, որ շվարած հասարակությունն իր պասիվությամբ ու որոշ որակների հաշվին կրկին թույլ տա չափազանց վտանգավոր սխալ՝ Երևանում ընտրի իրեն աղետի բերած քաղաքական ուժին։

Եթե այսքանից հետո Երևանում չձևավորվեց հանրային կոնսենսուս՝ «մերժել իշխանությանը», ապա արտաքին աշխարհի համար մեզ ներկայացվող ցանկացած անարժանապատիվ պահանջ լեգիտիմացվում է։ Սեպտեմբերի 17-ը շատ հարցերի պատասխան տալու է։
