Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի մամուլի քարտուղարի հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ, ըստ որի՝ Միշելը շարունակում է առաջնային ուշադրություն դարձնել լարվածության թուլացմանը և «Ղարաբաղի հայերի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am, Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչներ-Խմբ.) մարդասիրական իրավիճակին:
Դրանում նշվում է, որ նախագահ Միշելը վերջին մի քանի օրերին ինտենսիվ շփումներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ի հեռախոսազրույցների ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին Նյու Դելիի G20 գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում։
«Բաքվի, Երևանի և Ղարաբաղի հայերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ նրա գրասենյակի և Հարավային Կովկասում ԵՄ հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարի ամենօրյա փոխգործակցության աջակցությամբ իրականացվող այս ջանքերն ուղղված են լարվածության թուլացմանը և «Ղարաբաղի հայերին» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am, Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչներ-Խմբ.) հումանիտար հասանելիության ապաշրջափակման համար լուծում մշակելուն», - ասված է հայտարարությունում:
Անդրադառնալով ռուսական մարդասիրական բեռի տեղափոխման նպատակով Աղդամ (Ակնա) - Ասկերան ճանապարհի օգտագործմանը՝ Միշելի խոսնակը նշել է.«Իրավիճակը տեղում արագորեն վատանում է. կարևոր է ապահովել «Ղարաբաղի հայերին» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am, Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչներ-Խմբ.) առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների մատակարարումը։ Աղդամ (Ակնա) - Ասկերան երթուղու բացումն այսօր կարևոր քայլ է, որը պետք է նպաստի նաև Լաչինի միջանցքի վերաբացմանը։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերին ցուցաբերել պատասխանատվություն և ճկունություն՝ ապահովելու, որ ինչպես Լաչինի, այնպես էլ Աղդամ (Ակնա) - Ասկերան երթուղին օգտագործվի։
