«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների քարոզարշավը մոտենում է իր տրամաբանական ավարտին: Վաղը կլինի քարոզչության վերջին օրը: Ըստ այդմ, արդեն իսկ կարելի է որոշակի ամփոփումներ կատարել՝ կապված քաղաքական ուժերի կազմակերպած արշավի հետ: Գրեթե բոլոր 14 ուժերը ներկայացրել են իրենց ծրագրերը, իրենց տեսլականը՝ Երևանի կառավարման ու զարգացման հետ կապված, այդ թվում՝ որոշակի նախագծերի տեսքով: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս անգամ, ի տարբերություն նախկին ընտրությունների, ընտրողների դատին հանձնվեց միանգամից մի քանի մեգանախագիծ, ընդ որում՝ բոլորի հեղինակը «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունն է:

Ի մասնավորի, Մանե Թանդիլ յանի գլխավորած ուժը ներկայացրել է, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, ութ խոշոր նախագիծ՝ ճոպանուղի, Երիտասարդական պալատի վերակառուցում, «Էրեբունի» թանգարանի վերակառուցում, «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի հին մասնաշենքի վերակառուցում՝ ժամանակակից լուծումներով, «Երևան-բուլվարի», «Կասկադ-Մոնումենտի», Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում հանրային այգու, Երևանի փոքր կենտրոնը շրջանցող ճանապարհային օղակի կառուցում: Թե որքանով են իրատեսական այս նախագծերը, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Իսկ մինչ այդ, նշենք, որ այս ընտրությունների բնութագրական կողմերից մեկն էլ այն է, որ, ըստ փորձագետների, որևէ ուժի չի հաջողվի ստանալ 50 տոկոս պլյուս մեկ ձայն:

Ըստ այդմ, ոչ իշխանական առաջատար ուժերի միջև համագործակցության ու իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու օրակարգ կարող է ձևավորվել, որը հիմնական ուժերը չեն բացառել: Ընդ որում, կան տեղեկություններ, որ այդ ուղղությամբ որոշակի ներքին բանակցություններ ընթանում են: Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «պլան Բ» է մտածել՝ որպես հետընտրական քարոզչական հնար՝ հնարավոր պարտությունը որպես առավելություն ներկայացնելու համար, այն է՝ «մենք ժողովրդավարական երկիր ենք կառուցում, նույնիսկ պարտվեցինք, ինչը նախկինում հնարավոր չէր»:
