Արարատ Միրզոյանը քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում սատարում է Տիգրան Ավինյանին

Երկու օրից Երևանը քաղաքապետ է ընտրելու։ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է Civic.am-ի հարցերին։
- Պարոն Միրզոյան, Դուք, թերևս հասկանալի պատճառներով, տեսանելի կերպով ներգրավված չեք Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու ընտրարշավում։ Որևէ կերպ Ձեր աջակցությունը բերելո՞ւ եք «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության թեկնածուի ընտրությանը, թե՞, հնարավոր է, չեք սատարում Տիգրան Ավինյանին։
- Նախ, հարցն այնքան էլ տեղին չէ։ Տիգրան Ավինյանն իմ ընկերն է, մենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և մեր մյուս ընկերների հետ միասին ենք հիմնադրել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը, միասին ենք անցել հեղափոխությունը, ստանձնել երկրի կառավարման ղեկը, սկսել ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումները, միասին ենք անցել պատերազմը և դրան հաջորդած ծանր շրջանը։ Տիգրան Ավինյանը ՔՊ կուսակցության վարչության անդամ է և ՔՊ կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակի առաջին համարը։ Հետևաբար, իհարկե, ես պաշտպանում եմ նրա թեկնածությունը և ամեն կերպ խրախուսում ՔՊ նախընտրական ցուցակի օգտին նախընտրական աշխատանքը և քվեարկությունը։
Ի հավելումն՝ կա մի էական հանգամանք ևս, որի վրա կցանկանայի հատուկ ուշադրություն հրավիրել։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և նրա ինքնիշխանության շուրջ շարունակվող խարդավանքները, հյուսվող դավադրությունները չեն շրջանցել նաև Երևանի քաղաքային ընտրությունները։ Ցավոք, չեմ կարող վստահաբար պնդել, թե ընտրություններին մասնակցող բոլոր ուժերն ու անհատներն են ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության ամրապնդման ջատագովներ։ Ավելին, չափազանցություն չի լինի, եթե ասեմ, որ որոշ դեպքերում տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե նրանք ուղղակիորեն ինչ-որ երրորդ երկրների շահեր են ներկայացնում։ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները և դրանցում ՔՊ հաղթանակը կարևորում եմ նաև այս տեսանկյունից։
- Նշեցիք հետպատերազմյան շրջանը և ակնարկեցիք ձեր միասնականությունը։ Այդ դեպքում ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք, որ Տիգրան Ավինյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական ցանկում չի մասնակցել 2021թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին:
- Պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ ամենածանր շրջանում՝ 2020թ. հրադադարից հետո մինչև 2021թ. հուլիս՝ մինչև արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, Տիգրան Ավինյանը փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում, իսկ նախընտրական շրջանում՝ արդեն որպես վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, ապահովել է կառավարման համակարգի գործադիր թևի բնականոն աշխատանքները: Ավելի ուշ, համաձայն քաղաքական որոշման, նա միացել է Երևան քաղաքում ՔՊ նախընտրական ծրագրի, նախաձեռնությունների հաջող կյանքի կոչմանը:
