ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը գրում է.
«Եթե հավատանք «GALLUP International association»-ի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության հարցմանը, ապա պետք է արձանագրենք, որ անգամ ընտրախախտումների դեպքում` ՔՊ-ն չի կարող Երևանում հաղթել միայնակ:
Եթե հավատանք հարցմանը, ապա շուրջ 15-20% ձայների չափով կեղծիք պետք է իրականացվի, որպեսզի բոնուսների հետ մեկտեղ ՔՊ-ն կարողանա միայնակ հաղթահարել քվեարկությանը մասնակցածների 50%-ից ավելի «կողմ» ձայների շեմը: Կամ, ընտրությանը պետք է այնքան քիչ մասնակցություն լինի, որ դրանց կեսից ավելին կազմի Երևանի ընտրողների 23-24%-ը: Սակայն, ըստ GELLAP-ի` սպասվում է բարձ մասնակցություն:
Եթե հավատանք հարցման արդյունքներին, ապա Երևանի ավագանին հաջորդ շաբաթ կարող է քաղաքապետ ընտրել.
ա) ՔՊ + մարիոնետներ (Հանրապետություն և Լուսավոր Հայաստան) տարբերակով: Աղանդավորները, ԿԸՀ-ն և ՀՀ-ում սորոսի վկայականներն ամեն ինչ պետք է անեն, որպեսզի վերջիններս մաքսիմալ քվե ստանան: Այս տարբերակի գլխավոր երաշխիքը վարչական ռեսուրսն ու ընտրախախտումներն են:
բ) Քաղաքապետի կոնսենսուսային թեկնածուով լայն կոլիցիա` առանց ՔՊ-ի: Այս տարբերակի համար անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի առնվազն հինգ ուժ (չհաշված ՔՊ-ն և իր մարիոնետները)` GELLAP- ի հարցման արդյունքներին մոտ տոկոսներով մտնեն Երևանի ավագանի:
Իրականում այս ամենը ողբերգություն է: Երեկ ուշ երեկոյան դիտում է խեղկատակություն հիշեցնեղ Հ1-ի բանավեճը և մտածում, «Տե´ր Աստված, միթե՞ մոտեցել է այս հիասքանչ ժողովրդի պատմության ավարտը: Միթե՞ չենք հասկանում, որ թշնամին արդեն թակում է Երևանի դռները: Միթե՞ չենք գիտակցում, որ ցեղասպանության ու կորուստների վտանգը մինչև չհեռացնենք` ոչ մի աղբահանություն, այգի, մանկապարտեզ, վերելակ ու ճոպանուղի ոչ մեկին չի փրկելու»։
