ՀՀ իշխանությունները Արցախի հետ կապ չեն հաստատել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ իշխանությունները ոչ միայն չեն շնորհավորել Արցախի նորընտիր իշխանություններին, այլև, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, բարձրագույն մակարդակով անգամ կապ չեն հաստատել նրանց հետ առարկայական առումով աշխատելու համար։ Արցախյան մեր աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ հայաստանյան իշխանությունները փորձում են արհեստական իմիտացիա ապահովել՝ ցածր խմբերի հետ ֆորմալ շփումներ ցույց տալով, բայց, մեծ հաշվով, Արցախի նման ծանր վիճակում ՀՀ-ից որևէ լուրջ աջակցություն ու սատարում փաստացի չկա։

Այլ կերպ ասած՝ այս ծանր շրջանում Արցախի իշխանությունը փորձում է ինքնուրույն՝ մի կողմից ռուսական կողմի հետ, մյուս կողմից՝ անուղղակի այլ ձևաչափերով միջազգային կառույցների հետ աշխատել և ներկայացնել Արցախում գոյություն ունեցող իրավիճակն ու այդ իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման ուղիներ գտնել։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Արցախի իշխանությունը որևէ ձևով չի կիսում ՀՀ իշխանությունների մոտեցումը Արցախի հարցում, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ որևէ ձևով կողմերի միջև կապ չպետք է հաստատվի, քանի որ որոշակի հարցեր կան, որոնց շրջանակում ՀՀ հետ կապը պետք է անպայման գոյություն ունենա։

Մեր աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ այսօր իրավիճակը փոխվել է, և ՀՀ իշխանությունը չի կարող ճնշումներ գործադրել, շանտաժի ենթարկել Արցախի գործող իշխանությանը, ինչն էլ կաշկանդում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու նրա իշխանությանը երկկողմ հարաբերություններ կառուցել։ Բացի դրանից, ՀՀ իշխանությունը փորձում է Ադրբեջանին ցույց տալ, որ ինքը Արցախի հետ որևէ ձևով շփումներ չունի։
