Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները երևանցիներին կոչ են արել սեպտեմբերի 17-ին քվեարկել «Մայր Հայաստան»» դաշինքի օգտին և աջակցել Անդրանիկ Թևանյանին, որպես թեկնածուի, ով ուղղակի կամ կողմնակի կապակցված չէ իշխանության կուսակցության հետ և Հայաստանի պետականության և ազգի շահերը գերադասում է ամեն ինչից:
Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունում տեղի է ունեցել ՌՀՄ կից «Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ասոցիացիա» նախաձեռնող խմբի, Մոսկվայի «Հայ դատի» գրասենյակի, «Ռուսաստանի ջավախցիների» և մի շարք այլ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների ժողով՝ ՌՀՄ վարչության անդամների մասնակցությամբ:
Օրակարգում եղել են տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների համատեքստում ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին, Արցախի իրավիճակին, սփյուռքի դերակատարմանը և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ավագանու առաջիկա կիրակի օրը տեղի ունենալիք ընտրություններին վերաբերվող հարցեր:

ՀՀ իշխանությունների՝ պատասխանատվությունն ուրիշների վրա բարդելու գործելաոճը մոլորեցնում է հասարակությանը: Երկարն ժամանակ «թավշյա» հեղափոխության բոլոր ձախողումներում մեղավոր են հայտարարվել «նախկինները»: Այժմ Հայաստանի կառավարության ձախողումների գլխավոր պատասխանատու և մեղավոր է «նշանակվել» Ռուսաստանը:
Արցախցիների, հայկական պետության և հայ հանրության ճակատագրի պատասխանատվությունն ուղղակիորեն կրում է Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը և նրանք, ում՝ իշխանության կուսակցությանը տված քվեն Փաշինյանն օգտագործում է որպես իր գործողությունների և պայմանավորվածությունների արդարացում:
Այն երևանցիները, ովքեր այս կամ այն պատճառով ձայն կտան իշխանության կուսակցությանը, պետք է հասկանան, որ այս օրվանից հենց իրենք դառնում են այն ամենի հանցակիցը, ինչն այս հինգ տարիների ընթացքում կատարվել է Հայաստանի և Արցախի հետ, և ինչը մեզ սպասվում է առաջիկայում:
