Աննա Վարդապետյանի հրամաններով Դատախազությունում կադրային նշանակումներ և փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-ի հրամաններով՝ Դատախազությունում տեղի են ունեցել կադրային նշանակումներ և փոփոխություններ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից։
Մասնավորապես՝
• Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը նշանակվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր հատուկ հանձնարարություններով վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնին՝ ազատվելով նույն վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնից:
• Վիլլի Կալաչյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնին՝ ազատվելով նույն վարչության դատախազի պաշտոնից:
• Լեռնիկ Ստեփանյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր հատուկ հանձնարարություններով վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ից:
• Հայկ Մանասյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ ազատվելով Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնից:
• Խորեն Մեջլումյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ից:
• Գագիկ Այվազյանը նշանակվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազ՝ ազատվելով մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնից:
• Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետի տեղակալ Հայկանուշ Բաղդասարյանը 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ից փոխադրվել է Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնին:
