Պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով խմբի կողմից խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 106.3 մլն հհ դրամ հափշտակելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար ձերբակալվել է 5 անձ, տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն։

Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ռազմական հակահետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողների հետ համագործակցությամբ, իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների, մեծածավալ քննչական և այլ վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կարիքների համար 2019-2021թթ. ընթացքում կազմակերպված գնման ընթացակարգերի շրջանակներում վճարված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 106.300.000 ՀՀ դրամի հափշտակության հանգամանքները։

Կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Գ.Ա.-ն, զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով պետական մարմնում մշտապես կազմակերպական-տնօրինչական գործառույթներ իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ և սահմանված կարգով նշանակված լինելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կարիքների համար 2019, 2020 և 2021 թվականներին կազմակերպված N ծածկագրերով թվով երեք գնման ընթացակարգերում պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով «Էլ …» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն Ա.Բ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խմբի կազմում, «Նոր …» հասարակական կազմակերպության տնօրեն, «DASARAN.AM» ապրանքային նշանի սեփականատեր Ս.Ա.-ի և գնումների հայտերը նախագծած անձանց՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության ՎՏԱ բաժնի պետ Կ.Պ.-ի և նույն վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Ա.Ա.-ի օժանդակությամբ, պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում մտցրել են ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ և խաբեության եղանակով, շահադիտական նպատակով, 2019-2021 թվականների ընթացքում պետությունից հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 106.300.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Առերևույթ հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու համար 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության նախկին պետ Գ.Ա.-ին, ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 38-314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ «Էլ …» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն Ա.Բ.-ին, ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ «Նոր …» ՀԿ տնօրեն Ս.Ա.-ին, ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 38-314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության կազմակերպչական բաժնի պետ Կ.Պ.-ին, նույն վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Ա.Ա.-ին։

Նույն օրը որոշում է կայացվել վերջիններիս ձերբակալելու մասին։

Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել Դատարան` Գ.Ա.-ի, Ս.Ա.-ի, Ա.Բ.-ի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու համար։
