Հունվարի 12-ին ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչության մամլո սրահում ճանապարհային ոստիկանության իրավաբանական բաժնի պետ, ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Արման Չիլինգարյանը հանդիպեց լրագրողների հետ: Թեման` վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում և մի շարք այլ օրենքներում կատարված փոփոխություններն էին:

Մանրամասն ներկայացնելով կատարված փոփոխությունները` Արման Չիլինգարյանը մասնավորապես ուշադրություն հրավիրեց ոչ սթափ վիճակում մեքենա վարելու համար նախատեսված վարչական իրավախախտման տուգանքի ավելացմանը:

Փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ դեռ կան անգիտակից քաղաքացիներ, որոնք շարունակում են ոչ սթափ վիճակում մեքենա վարել: Խոսվեց նաև նվազ նշանակություն ներկայացնող իրավախախտումների մասին:

Եթե խախտումն ունի նվազ նշանակություն, վարորդը չի տուգանվի, այլ կնախազգուշացվի:

Եթե մեքենա վարելիս վարորդական վկայականը վարորդի մոտ չէ, բայց վկայական ունի, ճանապարհային ոստիկանը պարտավոր է վարչական իրավախախտման մասին արձանագրություն կազմել, սակայն եթե 24 ժամվա ընթացքում վարորդը ներկայացնում է իր վարորդական վկայականը, ապա վարչական իրավախախտման մասին արձանագրությունը չեղյալ է համարվում:

Հանդիպման վերջում Արման Չիլինգարյանը պատասխանեց լրագրողների հարցերին: Նույն օրը ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունում կայացավ մասնագիտական պարապմունք: Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Արմեն Խաչատրյանը, Ճանապարհապարեկային ծառայության բաժնի պետ Նորիկ Սարգսյանը և իրավաբանական բաժնի պետ Արման Չիլինգարյանը ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին ներկայացրին վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում և մի շարք այլ օրենքներում կատարված փոփոխություններն ու նրանց գործառույթները: Ներկաներն իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերն ուղղեցին բանախոսներին և ստացան սպառիչ պատասխաններ:
