ՀՀ հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ  Էդմոն Մարուքյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կառարել․

«Սիրելի՛ Երևանցիներ,

Այս պահին Երևան քաղաքի բոլոր տեղամասերի քվեների հաշվարկով՝ տեխնիկական գիտությունների թեկնածու, Երևանի ավագանու անդամ, ԼՀԿ ավագանու ցուցակի առաջնորդ Դավիթ Խաժակյանը չի ընտրվել Երևանի ավագանու ապագա կազմում։

Դավիթ Խաժակյանն անցած տարիներին պատշաճ, ազնիվ ու բարեխիղճ կերպով առանց որևէ վարձատրության ներկայացրել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչների շահերը Երևանի ավագանիում ու Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Տեղական և տարածքային իշխանությունների կոնգրեսում։

Դավիթ Խաժակյանն այլևս չի կարող ներկայացնել Երևանի բնակիչների շահերը ավագանիում, քանի որ նա չի ընտրվել այս ընտրապայքարում։ Դավիթ Խաժակյանը կորցրել է ձեզ ծառայելու հնարավորությունը, իսկ դուք կորցրել եք Դավիթ Խաժակյանի պես ավագանու անդամի կողմից ներկայացված լինելու հնարավորությունը։

Մենք մեր խորին երախտագիտությունն ենք հայտնում ԼՀԿ թիմի և Դավիթ Խաժակյանի օգտին քվեարկած յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացուն։ Մենք դողալու ենք ձեր յուրաքանչյուր քվեի, ձեր վստահության վրա և շարունակելու ենք աշխատել ու պայքարել հանուն ինքնիշխան, ժողովրդավար և արդիական Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։

Միաժամանակ շնորհավորում ենք Երևանի ավագանու կազմում ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված քաղաքական ուժերին և մաղթում նրանց հաջողություն՝ Երևան քաղաքի կառավարման գործում։
