Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն ողջունել է դեպի Արցախ մարդասիրական առաքումների վերսկսումը

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն հաղորդում է Լաչինով և Աղդամով իրականացված մարդասիրական բեռնափոխադրումների մասին․
«Շարունակական դիվանագիտական ջանքերի արդյունքում, որոնց նպատակը որոշում կայացնողների միջև մարդասիրական կոնսենսուսի ձեռքբերումն էր, Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն (ԿԽՄԿ) այսօր Լաչինի միջանցքով և Աղդամի ճանապարհով ցորեն, ալյուր և առաջին անհրաժեշտության բժշկական պարագաներ է հասցրել կարիքավոր մարդկանց։ Չափազանց ուրախ ենք, որ մարդասիրական օգնությանը ապավինող բազմաթիվ մարդիկ վերջապես՝ առաջիկա օրերին կստանան անհրաժեշտ աջակցությունը։ Առողջապահական կառույցներում բժշկական պարագաների պակաս է։ Մարդիկ հերթ են կանգնում հացի համար: Նրանք շտապ օգնության կարիք ունեն՝ կանոնավոր մարդասիրական առաքումների միջոցով: Այս կոնսենսուսը թույլ է տվել մեր թիմերին վերսկսել փրկարարական աշխատանքը»,- հայտարարել է ԿԽՄԿ-ի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Արիանե Բաուերը, փոխանցում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»։
Նախորդ շաբաթներին ԿԽՄԿ-ն բանակցությունների մեջ էր կողմերի հետ՝ տարբեր ճանապարհներով, ներառյալ՝ Լաչինի միջանցքով և Աղդամի ճանապարհով այդ օգնությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ տեղ հասցնելու շուրջ։ Երկու բեռնատարներից բաղկացած այսօրվա առաքումները իրականացվել են միաժամանակ՝ Լաչինով և Աղդամով։
«Հուսով եմ, որ կոնսենսուսը թույլ կտա մեր՝ խիստ հումանիտար նշանակության առաքումները շարունակել նաև հաջորդ շաբաթներին, որպեսզի կարողանանք կանոնավոր օգնություն տրամադրել նրանց, ովքեր դրա կարիքն ունեն: Մեր նպատակն է հասնել նրանց, ովքեր օգնության կարիք ունեն՝ չեզոքություն, անկողմնակալություն և անկախություն պահպանելու մեր հիմնարար սկզբունքներին համապատասխան»,- հավելել է Բաուերը:
