Ժողովուրդն իր խոսքն ասաց. Արա Աբրահամյանը՝ Երևանի ընտրությունների մասին

Երևանի Ավագանու ընտրությունները, անկախ նրանից, թե ո՞վ կընտրվի մայրաքաղաքի քաղաքապետ, անվստահության արտահայտություն էին իշխանության կուսակցությանը, որ կասկածի տակ դրեցին Հայաստանի «թավշյա» իշխանությունների «ժողովրդի» աջակցությունն ունենալու առասպելը: Ընդ որում, քվեարկությանն աննախադեպ ցածր մասնակցությունը (մոտ 30 տոկոս) հերթական անգամ ցուցադրեց հասարակական ապտիայի և երկրում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներից քաղաքացիների օտարվածության բարձր մակարդակը: Ասես՝ չեն եղել արյունահեղ պատերազմը, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը Հայաստանի սահմաններ չեն ներխուժել, չկան Սյունիքի, Սևանի և հենց Երևանի նկատմամբ Ալիևի նկրտումներն ու սպառնալիքները: Եթե բիզնես էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչները սպասողական դիրք չընդունեին, այլ՝ համարձակություն և միաբանություն ցուցաբերեին, ապա համոզված եմ, որ շարքային երևանցիներն առավել ակտիվ կգնային ընտրատեղամասեր: Այդ ժամանակ բոլորովին այլ պատկեր կունենայինք:
Ըտրական շեմը հաղթահարած հինգ քաղաքական ուժերից միայն մեկն է, որ ուղիղ կամ անուղղակի կապակցված չէ իշխանության կուսակցությանը, բացահայտ առաջադրում է իշխանափոխության, արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու քաղաքական օրակարգ: Դա «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքն է՝ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Թևանյանը, ինչպես նաև Հայկ Մարությանը, քաղաքապետ դառնալու հնարավորություն ունեն, Բայց դրա համար նրանց հարկավոր է կոալիցիա կազմել «Հանրային ձայն»-ի՝ «Դոգ» մականունով մի մարդու կուսակցության հետ: Իրեն հարգող ոչ մի ուժ չի գնա դրան, քանի որ ցանկացած ինքնասիրություն ունեցող ուժ «դոգի» պես կերպարների ձեռքը չի սեղմի: Նույնիսկ, եթե նրան հաջողվել է անցնել ավագանու կազմ:
Այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքում քվեարկածների մոտ 10 տոկոսը ընտրել են այդ կուսակցությանը, խոսում է հասարակական գիտակցության մեջ լուրջ շեղումների մասին, որոնք այս իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության արդյունքն են:
Ամեն դեպքում՝ սեպտեմբերի 17-ի ընտրությունները նշանակալի իրադարձություն են: Երևանցիներն իշխանություններին ազդարարեցին կատարվողի նկատմամբ իրենց անհամաձայնության մասին: Հիմա եկել է իշխանությունների մտածելու հերթը՝ որքանո՞վ են պատրաստ հակամարտության մեջ մտնել սեփական ժողովրդի հետ, որի մեջ, չնայած հնգամյա թմբիրին, արթնանում է սեփական արժանապատվության զգացումը և որը պարզորոշ «ոչ» է ասում «Ասե՛ք, կանե՛նք» նշանաբանով ընտրությունների ելած իշխանության կուսակցությանը:
