Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման հարթակը հայտարարություն է տարածել

Հաշվի առնելով 2023թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից ընդդեմ Արցախի Հանրապետության սանձազերծված պատերազմական գործողությունների և ռազմական հանցագործությունների փաստը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ պետական մարմինների և կառույցների հայտարարությունները, Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման հայաստանյան հարթակը դիմում է Հայաստանում գործող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին հետևյալ հորդորով.
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պարտավոր է.
« պաշտոնապես հրաժարվել Արցախը որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչող հայտարարություններից և պայմանավորվածություններից
բանակցային գործընթաց վերադարձնել «Անջատում հանուն փրկության» թեզը և նախաձեռնել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախություն ճանաչման գործընթացը
իրականացնել համահայկական ուժերի մոբիլիզացիա
անվերապահորեն ստանձնել Արցախի ազգաբնակչության անվտանգության երաշխավորի պարտավորությունները:
