«Հրապարակ»–ը գրում է․ «Մեզ մի կերպ հաջողվեց կապ հաստատել արցախցի Լուսինե Ավետյանի հետ, որի երեխաները ուսման նպատակով Երևանում են, իսկ ինքն ու ամուսինը պատերազմող Արցախում։ Երեկվանից Լուսինեն նույնպես ապաստարանում էր, րոպեներ առաջ է դուրս եկել ապաստարանից, քանի որ մոտ մեկ ժամ է, ինչ լռել են արկերը և Ստեփանակերտի բնանիչներն իրենց ավերված բնակարաններ են մտնում' փորձելով անհրաժեշտ իրեր գտնել, ճամպրուկները դասավորել։

«Միևնույն է, դուրս ենք գալու, բայց ամբողջ ցավ այն է ,  որ ճամպրուկները դասավորած, դրսում նստած ենք ու չգիտենք , թե ուր ենք գնալու։ Հումանիտար միջանցքի դեպքում տղամարդկանց հաստատ չեն թողնելու, արդեն խոսվում է էդ մասին,  ռուս խաղաղապահների վրա է հույսներս, բայց հո չեն տանելու մեզ Ռուսաստան, ավելի վատ ինֆորմացիա ունենք` ասում են` ՀՀ-ն չի պատրաստվում մեզ ընդունել, Նիկոլը պայմանավորվածություն ունի, պիտի ինտեգրվենք, Ադրբեջանին մենք օետք ենք` միջազգային հանրույթին մեր միջոցով ապացուցելու բաներ ունի։ Դե, հիմա պատկերացրեք, մեր երեխաները Երևանում են, մենք այստեղ` անորոշ ճակատագրով»_ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Լուսինեն ասաց նաև, որ այս պահին քաղաքը հոսանքազրկված է, դրսում մարդիկ վառարաններ են տեղադրել, երեխաների համար թեյ են եռացնում, ձու խաշում»։
