ՄԻՊ-ն իսլամիստներին հարելու մեջ մեղադրվող հայ երիտասարդի հարցով դիմել է Ուզբեկստանի իր գործընկերոջը

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Կարեն Անդրեասյանը հրաժարական տալուց առաջ օրերս դիմել է Ուզբեկստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ուլուկբեկ Մուհամադիևին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Ուզբեկստանի օմբուդսմենին հղած նամակում Կարեն Անդրեասյանը գրել է, որ իրեն է դիմել մեր հայրենակիցը: «Հիմնվելով մարդու իրավունքների ինստիտուտների կամավորական և փոխօգնության սկզբունքի վրա` խ նդրում եմ հնարավորությունների դեպքում Ձեր համագործակցությունը Ա. Ավագյանի ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական վիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն ստանալու վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցներ՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ ապօրինի գործողությունները կանխելու վերաբերյալ»,- գրել է Կարեն Անդրեասյանը:
«Ազատություն ռադիոկայան»-ի փոխանցմամբ` Ուզբեկստանի Դիզակի շրջանի դատարանում հունվարի 12-ին հայազգի Արամայիս Ավագյանը չի ընդունել իրեն առաջադրված ծանր՝ իսլամիստական ծայրահեղականության վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքները:
Սեպտեմբերի 4-ին Արամայիս Ավագյանին և նրա ուզբեկստանցի 4 ընկերներին առևանգել են: Ապա հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ուզբեկստանի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը երկու անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող հայազգի երիտասարդին մեղադրում է կրոնական ծայրահեղականության, անջատողականության, արմատականություն սերմանող խմբավորում հիմնադրելու, ղեկավարելու, սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու, նաև՝ գողության մեջ: Ավագյանը մյուս ամբաստանյալների նման «մասամբ ընդունել է միայն խողովակների գողության մեղադրանքը»:
Արամայիս Ավագյանի մայրը՝ Ֆլորա Սաքունցը պնդում է, որ որդուն բանտարկել են նրա վարձակալած ձկնաբուծարանը խլելու՝ Դիզակի համայնքապետի անհաջող փորձերից հետո: Ըստ փաստաբանի, Արամայիս Ավագյանը դատարանին ցուցմունք կտա հավանաբար հաջորդ նիստին, երբ ապահովվի թարգմանիչ:
Արամայիս Ավագյանը ծնվել է Ուզբեկստանում, այդ երկրի քաղաքացի է: Ծնողները Հայաստանից հեռացել են 36 տարի առաջ: Ավագյանի մայրը հունվարի 6-ին դիմել էր Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակին՝ նշելով, որ որդուն խոշտանգում են մեկուսարանում՝ ծանր մեղադրանքների կապակցությամբ ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունքներ կորզելու նպատակով:
