Բաքուն դիտարկում է զենքը վայր դրած արցախցիների համաներման հնարավորությունը. այս մասին գրում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները՝ վկայակոչելով այդ երկրի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի խորհրդականին։

Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ կազմել է ցուցակ, որում ներառված են Արցախում ռազմական գործողությունների մասնակիցները:

Երեկ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը ցուցակ է ներկայացրել՝ Արցախի պատմության ընթացքում ինչ-որ արժանիքներ ունեցած մարդկանց հանձնելու վերաբերյալ:

«Ես չգիտեմ ովքեր կան ցուցակում, հավանաբար կարող է ես էլ այդ ցուցակում լինեմ»,-նշել է Օհանյանը:

Հավելենք, որ  Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կատրին Կոլոնան հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է ապահովել համաներում այն զինվորականների նկատմամբ, որոնք ընդունել են հրադադարը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանություններն ընդունել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող զորակազմի հրամանատարության առաջարկությունը՝ Արցախում կրակի դադարեցման վերաբերյալ:

Համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել՝

- դուրս բերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ (Արցախում) մնացած զինված ուժերը ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմի տեղակայման գոտուց,

- լիարժեք զինաթափել «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանության բանակի» զինված խմբավորումները,

- դուրս բերել ծանր տեխնիկան ու սպառազինությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքից՝ դրանց շուտափույթ ուտիլիզացման նպատակով:
