ՄԱԿ-ում Գանայի ներկայացուցիչը կոչ է արել հետևել ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանի որոշումներին և բացել Լաչինի միջանցքը

ՄԱԿ-ում Գանայի ներկայացուցիչ Խալիլա Հեկմանը կոչ է արել ՄԱԿ-ին ավելի ակտիվ ջանքեր գործադրել՝ օգնելու, որ կողմերը մնայուն լուծում գտնեն ԼՂ հակամարտությանը, քանի որ այն խաթարում է տարածաշրջանի խաղաղությունը: 

Նրա համոզմամբ՝ պետք է կոչ արվի կողմերին, որ տարածաշրջանային  և բազմակողմ գործընթացներն արդյունավետ օգտագործեն հակամարտությունը խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու համար՝ հիմնվելով փոխընդունելի և կայացած ու ճանաչված սկզբունքների վրա:

«Մենք այստեղ շարունակում ենք տարածաշրջանային սուբյեկտների նախկին ջանքերը, այդ թվում՝ հրադադարը, որը եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ հռչակվեց, և որին տվեցին իրենց համաձայնությունը Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ղեկավարները 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 10-ին: Մենք ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի գրասենյակին կոչ ենք անում ավելի ակտիվորեն աշխատել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ: Կողմերին էլ կոչ ենք անում լիովին ներգրավվել ընթացող միջնորդական գործընթացներին և բանակցություններին, որոնք տեղի են ունենում Եվրամիության խորհրդի հովանու ներքո»:

Հեկմանի կարծիքով՝ այդ քննարկումների արդյունքները, այդ թվում նաև՝ սահմանների սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը, կօգնեն նվազեցնելու լարվածությունը, ապահովել հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը, որոնք կնպաստեն բանակցությամբ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության ապագա համաձայնագրին հասնելուն:

Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ բաց ռազմական առճակատում և  պատերազմ չեն լինի, քանի որ դրանք խորացնում են քաղաքացիական անձանց տառապանքը, հատկապես կանանց ու երեխաների, տարեցների և բնակչության այլ խոցելի խմբերի: Աֆրիկյան պետության դիվանագետը կարևորել է Լաչինի միջանցքի և այլ ուղիների կենսական նշանակությունը տարածաշրջանի բնակչության համար և  կոչ է արել արդյունավետորեն իրականացնել Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի 2023-ի փետրվարի 22-ի որոշումը, որը վերահաստատվել է հուլիսի 6-ին և պահանջում է ապահովել անձանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով և բոլոր ուղղություններով:
