HCOB-ի և S&P Global-ի կողմից կազմված եվրոգոտու գնումների` մենեջերների կոմպոզիտային ինդեքսը (PMI), որը համարվում է ընդհանուր տնտեսական առողջության լավ ցուցանիշ, սեպտեմբերին բարձրացել է մինչև 47,1:

Թեև ցուցանիշը դեռևս 50-ից ցածր էր, որը բաժանում է ընդլայնումը կրճատումից, այն գերազանցեց Reuters-ի հարցման սպասումները մի փոքր անկման համար մինչև 46,5:

«Եվրոգոտու ծառայությունների PMI-ի տվյալները ներկայացնում են մռայլ պատկեր», - ասում է Համբուրգի առևտրային բանկի գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Սայրուս դե լա Ռուբիան՝ հավելելով, որ նա ակնկալում է, որ այս եռամսյակում տնտեսությունը կնվազի 0,4%-ով:

«Հիմնական խոչընդոտը շարունակում է մնալ արտադրությունից, որտեղ պատվերի իրավիճակը էլ ավելի է վատացել»,- նշում է նա։

Սեպտեմբերին ընդհանուր ակտիվության անկումը տեղի ունեցավ՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ընկերությունները գրեթե չավելացրին իրենց ծախսերը: Արտադրանքի համակցված գների ինդեքսը 53,3-ից իջել է մինչև 52,2, ինչն ամենացածր մակարդակն է 2021 թվականի սկզբից ի վեր:

Անկումը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կողջունեն Եվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկի քաղաքականություն մշակողները, որոնք անցյալ շաբաթ բարձրացրին իրենք հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը մինչև ռեկորդային 4%՝ գնաճի դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում։ 

Քանի որ փոխառության բարձր ծախսերը սնվում են պարտք ունեցող սպառողների տնօրինվող եկամուտով, նրանք կրճատում են ծախսերը: Ծառայությունների ոլորտի նոր բիզնեսի ինդեքսը 46,7-ից իջել է մինչև 46,4, ինչը ամենացածր մակարդակն է 2021 թվականի փետրվարից ի վեր։

Ցուցանիշը, որը չափում է արտադրանքի ծավալը, որը հաշվվում է կոմպոզիտային PMI-ում, նախորդ ամիս մնացել է կայուն՝ 43,4 մակարդակում:
