«Ապրելու Երկիր» երկիր կուսակցության անդամ՝ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Քաղաքական գործիչները, առաջին հերթին պետական պաշտոնյաները, պետք է պատասխանատու լինեն իրենց արարքների և խոսքերի համար։
 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ վերջին ամիսներին պարբերաբար, իսկ վերջին օրերին ավելի ակտիվությամբ իրենց հարցազրույցներում, ելույթներում, «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում գրառումներում նշում են, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կան օտարերկրյա գործակալներ, որոնք նպատակ ունեն վնասել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությանը։
 
Ըստ այդ հարցազրույցների, ելույթների, գրառումների՝ այդ անձինք զբաղվում են քաղաքականությամբ և իրենց քաղաքական գործունեությունը կրում է գործակալական բնույթ։
 
Նմանօրինակ հոդվածներ են հրապարակվում նաև իշխանությանը պատկանող, հարող լրատվամիջոցներում։
 
«Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում բազմաթիվ նման գրառումներ են իրականացնում իշխանությանը աջակցող օգտատերեր։
 
Այս կապակցությամբ դիմել եմ ԱԱԾ տնօրենին՝ խնդրելով տեղեկացնել
• Արդյոք նշված հարցազրույցների, ելույթների, գրառումների հեղինակները հարցաքննվե՞լ են, թե՞ ոչ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ լրտեսությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված հանցագործություն է։
 
• Առկա՞ է տեղեկություն, թե արդյոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քաղաքական և հասարակական անձանց շրջանակներում կան օտարերկրյա գործակալներ։
 
Միևնույն ժամանակ, խնդրել եմ տեղեկացնել, ստուգվե՞լ են արդյոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործադիր և օրենսդիր մարմիններում բարձրաստիճան պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց հնարավոր դավաճանական և/կամ լրտեսական գործունեությունը։
