«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
govoritmoskva.ru–ն «Արևելագետ. Փաշինյանը ԼՂ հարցում հրաժարվեց Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի առաջարկած լուծումից» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Փաշինյանը ստել է՝ ասելով, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը չի միջամտում իրավիճակին։ Այդ մասին «Խոսում է Մոսկվան» ռադիոկայանի եթերում ասել է արևելագետ, քաղաքագետ Կարինե Գևորգյանը:
«Ես կարող եմ կիսվել ներքին տեղեկություններով: Շոյգուն այցելել է Թեհրան, երբ այս ամենը սկսվեց։ Հաստատ գիտեմ, որ ռուսական և իրանական կողմերն առաջարկել են լուծում, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել իրավիճակը փրկելու համար՝ անարյուն լուծման համար։ Լուծումը շատ խոստումնալից էր, բայց դրա համար անհրաժեշտ էր Փաշինյանի համաձայնությունը, քանի որ լուծումը կարող էր իրականացվել՝ օգտագործելով Հայաստանի տարածքը՝ որպես հենարան։ Բայց նա հրաժարվել է։ Սուտ է խոսում, դուրս է գալիս ու ասում, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչինչ չի անում։ Հայերը եռում են, հիմա անհնար է մի բառ ասել Ռուսաստանի մասին, հակառուսական տրամադրությունները դուրս են գծապատկերներից»,– ասել է նա։
Ըստ արևելագետի, Ադրբեջանն ամբողջությամբ կախված է Թուրքիայից, Վաշինգտոնից և Լոնդոնից։ Դա կարող է ազդել Մոսկվայի և Բաքվի հետագա հարաբերությունների վրա։ «Ադրբեջանը կմնա Ռուսաստանի համար միակ ցամաքային պատուհանը դեպի Իրան, որը կբացի այդ պատուհանը, եթե ուզենա, կամ կփակի»,- հավելել է Գևորգյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Թեհրան է ժամանել ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն։ Նա հանդիպում է ունեցել Իրանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Մոհամմադ Բաղերիի հետ։ Պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը Հայաստանին է մեղադրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը «ճակատագրի ողորմածությանը» հանձնելու մեջ։ Ըստ նրա, հայկական ուժերի զինաթափումից և ծանր տեխնիկայի դուրսբերումից հետո Ադրբեջանը կզբաղվի «ապստամբների» հետապնդմամբ։
