Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը չի լքելու Արցախը

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը չի լքելու Արցախը։ Նա Ստեփանակերտից հարցազրույց է տվել հայտնի հաղորդավարուհի Քսենյա Սոբչակին, պատմել Արցախում կատարվող դեպքերի մասին, նշել, որ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով գրավված արցախյան գյուղերի մեծաթիվ բնակիչներ փախստական են դարձել:

Նախկին պետնախարարը նշել է, թե ստեղծված իրավիճակում Արցախի ղեկավարության առջև ծառացել են լուրջ մարտահրավերներ, որոնք պետք է ինչ-որ կերպ լուծել: Խոսելով ռուսաստանաբնակ ազդեցիկ հայերի, այդ թվում՝ Russia Today-ի ղեկավար Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանի՝ Արցախում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների շուրջ արձագանքի մասին՝ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարը նշել է դա մեկնաբանելու ցանկանություն չունի: Ըստ Վարդանյանի՝ «դա չափն անցնող ցինիկություն է»: Հարցին, թե արդյոք ստեղծված իրավիճակում Ռուսաստանը կարո՞ղ էր օգնել, Վարդանյանը նշել է. «Իհարկե, կարող էր օգնել: Մարդիկ ընդհանուր առմամբ վհատված են, որ խաղաղապահները չեն կարողացել կանգնեցնել այս հակամարտությունը: Կարծում եմ՝ Ռուսաստանի համար սա ծանր խնդիր է, քանի որ շատերը վերադարձել էին, քանի որ ռուս խաղաղապահներն այստեղ էին»:

Նախկին պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ ո՛չ Հայաստանն է օգնել, ո՛չ Արևմուտքը, Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ որևէ պատժամիջոց չի կիրառվել: «Հանրության շրջանում խիստ հակասական վերաբերմունք կա միջազգային հանրության, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ, որն այդ իրավիճակում չօգնեց ու չկանգնեցրեց պատերազմը», - շեշտել է Վարդանյանը:

Խոսելով Բաքվի կողմիվ գործադրվող ճնշման ֆոնին պետնախարարի պաշտոնից իր հրաժարականի մասին՝ նա նշել է, որ Արցախ գալու և մարդկանց մի ուժի շրջանակում միավորելու իր ջանքերը խիստ բացասկան արձագանք են առաջացրել Բաքվում: «Այս առումով ահռելի ճնշում է եղել, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի, թե՛ Թուրքիայի, թե՛, ինչպես հասկանում եմ, ՀՀ ղեկավարության կողմից», - ասել է Վարդանյանը: «Այո՛, ես կարծում եմ, որ պետք է շարունակել պաշտպանել հայրենիքը, հայրենի հողում ապրելու իրավունքը»,- ասել է ճակատի համակարգողը, հավելել, թե գիտակցված է կայացրել Արցախ տեղափոխվելու որոշումը՝ հասկանալով, թե ինչ հետևանքների կարող է դա հանգեցնել իր և իր ընտանիքի համար:
