«Արցախում ժողովուրդը խուճապի մեջ է, սոված–ծարավ փողոցներում լցված։ Կապի բացակայության պատճառով շատ գյուղերից տեղեկություն չկա»։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախում տիրող աղետալի վիճակի մասին պատմեց Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նելլա Գրիգորյանը։ 

«Երեխաներ կան, որ շրջափակման մեջ են գտնվում, ծնողները՝ այստեղ, ոչ մի լուր չունեն նրանցից։ Շատ գյուղեր սպասում են, որ ռուսները կազմակերպեն տարհանումը»,– պատմեց պատգամավորը՝ նշելով, որ իր թոռնիկի մասին էլ երկար ժամանակ տեղեկություն չեն ունեցել, վերջապես գտել են նրան։

«Իրավիճակը շատ ծանր է։ Երեխաները նկուղներում են։ Լսել եմ, որ օգնություն են ստացել ալյուրի տեսքով, բայց ո՞նց հաց թխեն. լույս, գազ չկա: Ամեն օր ասում են՝ լույսը լինելու է, հետո ասում են՝ Ադրբեջանը նոր պայմաններ է դնում մեր առաջ։ 30-ից ավելի ծանր վիրավորներ ունենք, որոնք ամեն օր կարող են մահանալ։ Ճանապարհը չեն բացում, որ նրանց հասցնեն Երևան, գոնե փրկեն։ Մեզ անտեր ենք զգում։ Ոչ մի աշխատանք առաջ չի գնում։ Այս ժամի դրությամբ պետք է որ թուրքերը հետ քաշված լինեին, որպեսզի որոնողական աշխատանքներ տանեին, բայց սկսվել է, թե՝ ոչ, չգիտեմ։ Զոհվածների մարմինները նույնպես չեն կարողանում տեղափոխել Երևան։ Մեծ մասը չի ուզում, որ իրենց երեխաներն այստեղ հուղարկավորվեն, քանի որ չգիտեն՝ վաղը այստեղ են լինելու, թե ոչ։ Գոնե ճանապարհը չեն բացում, որ մարդիկ դուրս գան, հնարավոր չէ այս պայմաններում մնալ այստեղ»։

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ տարածվող տեղեկություններն այնպիսին են, որ իրենց մնալը Արցախում անհնար է թվում։ Ո՞նց կարելի է երեխա սպանող թուրքի հետ ապրել։ Ասում են՝ երեխաները մի տեղ դպրոց են գնալու, Եվլախում քննարկել են, որ ոստիկանությունը պետք է միացյալ լինի, ո՞նց եք դուք դա պատկերացնում»,– ասաց Նելլա Գրիգորյանը՝ նշելով, որ միայն միջազգային զորակազմի ներկայությունը կարող էր ինչ–որ չափով անվտանգության երաշխիք լինել։

Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ նախնական տվյալներով՝ 300-ից ավելի անհետ կորածներ կան, մոտ 300 զոհ։

Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ այս աղետալի վիճակը չէր լինի, եթե իշխանությունները բնակչությանը նախապատրաստեին հարձակմանը։

«Փաշինյան, մեզ մենակ ես թողել մեզ, չես էլ զգուշացրել, գոնե դպրոցականները այդ օրը դպրոց չգնային։ Երեխաների՝ դպրոցից գալու ժամանակ է եղել հարձակումը, գոնե հնարավոր չէ՞ր զգուշացնել, որ հրետակոծություն է լինելու»,– վրդովված ասաց պատգամավորը։
