Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը սեպտեմբերի 24-ին հանդիպել է վերջին ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով տարհանված, անօթևան մնացած և Իվանյանում ՌԴ խաղաղապահների մշտական տեղակայման վայրի հարևանությամբ հանգրվանած քաղաքացիների հետ:
Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը տեղեկացնում է, որ ծանր կացության մեջ հայտնված քաղաքացիները ցանկություն են հայտնել տեղափոխվել Հայաստանում գտնվող իրենց հարազատների մոտ:
«Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության արդյունքում ընդունվել է որոշում, համաձայն որի հատկացվել է թվով 30 ավտոբուս՝ վերոնշյալ քաղաքացիներին անխոչընդոտ ՀՀ տեղափոխելու նպատակով:
Վերոնշյալ՝ անօթևան մնացած և ծանր կացության մեջ հայտնված քաղաքացիների տեղափոխման գործընթացն ավարտելուց հետո մեր բոլոր այն հայրենակիցները, ովքեր ցանկություն ունեն տեղափոխվել ՀՀ, առաջիկա ամիսներին կունենան այդ հնարավորությունը:
Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է նաև կազմակերպված եղանակով տրամադրել վառելիք»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով ստիպված չէին լքել իրենց տներն ու բնակավայրերը, խնդրվում է պահպանել հանգստություն և սպասել գործընթացի վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության:
Հաշվի առնելով բնակչության կողմից ստեղծվող արհեստական խոչընդոտները՝ Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը կոչ է անում խուսափել խուճապային տրամադրություններից, անկարգապահության, բռնության և հանցավոր երևույթներից, ցուցաբերել զսպվածություն և օրինապահպանություն:
Տեղեկացվում է, որ գործընթացն իրավապահ մարմինների շուրջօրյա հսկողության տակ է, և նրանք կանխարգելման աշխատանքներ տանելու հանձնարարական ունեն:
