Սիրելի բարեկամներ,
Մեր ժողովրդի նկատմամբ գործած անթաքույց ցեղասպանության հետևանքով, այսօր Արցախի մեր բազմահազար քույրերը և եղբայրները, հերոսական բայց անհավասար պայքարից հետո, ողջ աշխարհի լուռ հայացքի ներքո, ստիպված են ևս մեկ անգամ տեղահանվել իրենց հայրենիքից, և տարհանվել Հայաստանի այլ մարզեր, սեփական տները վերադարձի անորոշ հեռանկարով։
Մենք, որպես հայ մարդիկ, այս ողբերգական օրերին պարտավոր ենք գործել որպես մեկ ընտանիք, և նեցուկ կանգնել մեր տառապյալ քույրերին և եղբայրներին՝ կլինի դա օթևան, առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրեր, սնունդ, աշխատանք, երեխաների համար կրթություն, թե ցանկացած այլ կրիտիկական կարիք։ Միայն այդ կերպ մենք կարող ենք մեղմել նրանց ցավը և անհուն կորուստների վիշտը, և հույս տալ նրանց նոր կյանքի։
