«Հրապարակ»–ը գրում է․  «Ըստ խմբագրության աղբյուրներին հասանելի ստույգ տեղեկությունների, երեկ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ՀՀ եւ ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ունեցող գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի առեւանգումից եւ Բաքու տեղափոխելուց բացի, նույն առեւանգման հանցագործությունը կատարվել է նաեւ այլ անձանց հանդեպ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ տասնյակից ավելի։ Առեւանգվածներից ոմանց անունները խմբագրությանը հայտնի են։ Ինչ խոսք ամբողջ մի ժողովրդի բռնի տեղահանություն կազմակերպելը այնպիսի հանցագործություն է մարդկության դեմ, որ առանձին անձանց հանդեպ կատարվող քրեական արարքները ընդհանուր պատկերում խամրում են։

Այդուհանդերձ կարծում ենք, որ միջազգային դերակատարները, ովքեր կարողացել են Ադրբեջանին պարտադրել ՄԱԿ դիտորական առաքելություն  տեղակայում Արցախում, հարկ է, որ մինչեւ առաքելության կազմավորվելը, դիտորդների Արցախ եւ Լաչին հասնելը, քաղաքական եւ իրավական ճնշմամբ հարկադրեն Ադրբեջանին ձեռնապահ մնալ Հայաստան տեղափոխվող արցախցիների հանդեպ ապօրինություններ գործադրելուց, անձանց առեւանգելուց եւ մնացյալ հանցագործություններից։

 Սույն հրապարակմամբ ուշադրություն ենք հրավիրում եւ հորդորում ենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն, ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված օտարերկրյա դեսպանատները, միջազգային կազմակերպությունները Հաքարիի կամրջից հաճախացած առեւանգումների եւ հանցագործությունների մասին հրատապ տեղեկացնեն իրենց կառավարություններին եւ ղեկավարություններին՝ Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու եւ Հայաստան տարագրող անձանց ադրբեջանական հետապնդումներից ապահովագրելու համար»։
