2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 9-րդ կետով, ինչպես հայտնի է, նախատեսվում է տարածաշրջանում բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակում․ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը երաշխավորում է տրանսպորտային կապերի անվտանգությունը Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության արևմտյան շրջանների և Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության միջև` երկու ուղղություններով քաղաքացիների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և ապրանքների անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժը կազմակերպելու համար: Տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության հսկողությունն իրականացնում են ՌԴ ԱԴԾ Սահմանապահ ծառայության մարմինները: Կողմերի համաձայնությամբ կապահովվի Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետությունը և Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջանները կապող տրանսպորտային նոր ուղիների շինարարությունը»,- ասված է պատերազմի ավարտին կնքված եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ։ 

ՀՀ իշխանությունները թեպետ չեն շտապում տեղեկացնել, թե ապաշրջափակված ճանապարհները որտեղով են անցնելու, այսինքն` Ադրբեջանից Թուրքիա և հակառակը՝ որ ուղիներով են կապվելու, սակայն Սյունիքում խոսում են, որ քննարկվում է 4-5 ճանապարհի տարբերակ:  Ամենահավանական տարբերակը համարվում է այն, որ Նախիջեւանի ու Ադրբեջանի արեւմտյան շրջանների միջեւ տրանսպորտային ուղին հավանաբար կանցնի Անգեղակոթ գյուղով;

Նախ՝ ի՞նչ է իրենից ներկայացնելու այդ ճանապարհը (միջանցքը) աշխարհագրական տեսակետից, եթե, իհարկե, կյանքի կոչվի:

Սկսենք Անգեղակոթից ու Շաղատից. գտնվում են Սիսիան-Նախիջեւան երբեմնի ճանապարհին: Սիսիան-Նախիջեւան սահմանային ջրբաժանն այդ հատվածում Բիչանակ լեռնանցքն է՝ 2346 մ բարձրությամբ:

Ադրբեջանի սահմանադուռն այդտեղ Նախիջեւանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության Շահբուզի շրջանի Բիչանակ գյուղն է (հայերենով՝ Բջնակ կամ Բջնաղ), որտեղով էլ ժամանակին անցել է ճանապարհը: Այսինքն՝ ավտոճանապարհը (միջանցքը)  բացվելու դեպքում թուրք-ազերին Անգեղակոթից կմտնի Շաղատ, ապա՝ Շահբուզի շրջան, որի նույնանուն շրջկենտրոնը Նախիջեւան քաղաքից մոտ 30 կմ հյուսիս-արեւելք է:

Ի դեպ, Շահբուզի տարածքը համապատասխանում է Սյունյաց աշխարհի Ճահուկ գավառի արեւելյան մասին՝ Շահապոնք գավառակին, որը վերջնականապես հայաթափվեց 1960-ականներին:
