Եվս մեկ օր, ու Արցախից դեպի ՀՀ բռնի տեղահանվածների հոսքը կավարտվի։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը։

«Կարծում եմ` այս գիշեր, վաղվա ընթացքում Արցախից դուրս կգա վերջին քաղաքացին։ Մեզ կմնա ՀՀ մարզերում տեղաբաշխված մարդկանց կարիքները հոգալ, թեև այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ այս պահին աշխատանքներ տարվում են»,– նշեց նախարարը։

Նրա խոսքով` այս պահին բավականին մեծ է հոսքը, սակայն կարողանում են որոշակի ժամանակի մեջ սպասարկել, և արդյունքում մարզերում հաշվառված ու տեղաբաշխված մարդկանց քանակն ավելի հստակ է դառնում։

«Գլխավոր դրական բանն այն է, որ փորձել ենք այնպես անել, որ ոչ մի քաղաքացի դրսում չմնա։ Այլ հարց է, որ որոշ հատվածներում կարող են 2–3 ժամ հերթի մեջ մնալ` մինչև կկարգավորվի իրավիճակը։ Ընդ որում, այդ դժվարության մեծ մասն էլ գալիս է ոչ այնքան մեզնից, որքան այն պատճառով, որ մեր քաղաքացիներն այնքան էլ չեն ուզում գնալ այնտեղ, որտեղ մենք ենք առաջարկում, այլ գերադասում են սպասել ու այլ տեղ գնալ»,– նշեց Սանոսյանը։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ մարզպետարաններին հրահանգել են առաջին անհրաժեշտության բոլոր ծախսերն արագ իրականացնել։ Նախարարը նշեց, որ թեև ՀՀ կառավարությունը միջոցներ ունի, կարող է բոլոր կարիքները հոգալ, սակայն կան բարերարներ, կազմակերպություններ, որոնք նույնպես ցանկանում են աջակցել։

Նա անդրադարձավ նաև այն հարցին, որ կան դժգոհություններ, որ բռնի տեղահանվածներին ուղղորդում են հիմնականում միայն մարզեր։ Գնել Սանոսյանն ասաց, որ Երևանի հյուրանոցներում գրեթե տեղ չկա, նույնը վերաբերում է նաև վարձով տներին, որոնք հիմնականում զբաղեցնում են վերջին ամիսներին ՌԴ–ից տեղափոխված անձինք։ Այդ պատճառով, հաշվի առնելով Երևանի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը, ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշել է արցախցիներին տեղաբաշխել մարզերով։

Հիշեցնենք` Ադրբեջանը սեպտեմբերի 19–ին լայնամասշտաբ հարձակում սկսեց Արցախի դեմ։ Ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Արցախը մեկ օրումառնվազն 200 զոհ և ավելի քան 400 վիրավոր տվեց։

Սեպտեմբերի 20–ին Արցախի իշխանությունն ընդունեցկրակի դադարեցման վերաբերյալ առաջարկությունը: Սեպտեմբերի 21–ին Սեփանակերտի ու Բաքվի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպեցինԵվլախում, սեպտեմբերի 25–ին`Իվանյանում, ապա սկսվեց արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանումը։

Սեպտեմբերի 28–ին Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը հրամանագիր ստորագրեց, ըստ որի`Արցախի Հանրապետությունը 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կդադարի գոյություն ունենալ։
