Մանկապարտեզում 5-ամյա տղայի մահը պառկած դիրքում փսխելու ու խեղդվելու արդյունքում է եղել․ մանրամասներ

Այսօր հուղարկավորեցին օրեր առաջ Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանի թիվ 60 մսուր-մանկապարտեզում, դեռեւս չպարզված հանգամանքներում, մահացած 5-ամյա երեխային: Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (սպանություն)։ Քննչական կոմիտեից Aravot.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ խիստ նախնական տվյալներով, երեխան մահացել է պառկած դիրքում փսխման արդյունքում շնչահեղձ լինելու հետեւանքով։
Մահվան պատճառները պարզելու նպատակով նշանակված է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Կատարվում է համակողմանի քննություն։
Պարտեզի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Անիկ Մեսրոպյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմեց՝ ինչպես է տեղի ունեցել դեպքը.
«Երեխան իրեն վատ է զգացել, դաստիարակը եղել է տեղում, արագ արձագանքել է, երեխան փսխել է ննջասենյակում ու գիտակցությունը կորցրել: Հետո բուժքույրը, ես, մեկ ուրիշ աշխատակից վազելով գնացել ենք ննջասենյակ, երեխան գիտակցություն չի ունեցել, բայց պուլս ունեցել է: Փորձեցինք նորից փսխում ապահովել՝ մտածեցինք՝ կարող է ինչ-որ մի կտոր մնացած լինի, բայց դա չեղավ: Արագ «նաշադիր» ենք տվել, արձագանք չի տվել, պառկեցրել ենք գետնին ու սկսել արհեստական շնչառություն անել, բուժքույրը, ես: Շտապ օգնությունն էլ շատ արագ է արձագանքել, իր օգնությունն է ցույց տվել: Ծնողներն են եկել, հասել, հարազատներն են հասել ու տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց: Ոչ մի տեղեկություն չունենք մահվան նախնական պատճառի վերաբերյալ, մեզ ոչ մի բան հայտնի չէ: Երեխայի բժշկական գործերում գրված է եղել, որ առողջ երեխա է, գուցե խնդիրներ ունեցել է, չգիտեմ, չեմ կարող որեւէ տեղեկություն տալ այդ մասին: Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը կպարզի՝ ինչ է եղել:
Լրատվամիջոցները գրում էին՝ թունավորում է եղել, նման բան չկա, այդ օրը 324 երեխա է հաճախել մանկապարտեզ, որեւէ մեկի ինքնազգացողությունը չի վատացել այդ օրը»:
