Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 09:50-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի «Չայնիի» ոլորաններում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, ЗИЛ 131 մակնիշի բեռնատարը դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և գլխիվայր շրջվել:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդը, ում առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիներն ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը,տեղափոխվել է «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Լևոն Բադալյանի գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Հրաչյա Մկոյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Պարեկների այսքան շատ ժամանման պատճառը կայանում է նրանում, որպեսզի հետաքրքրասեր վարորդներին հեռացնեն դեպքի վայրից՝ խցանում չլինելո համար, ինչը պարեկներին հաջողվում է:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Աբովյանի թիվ 45 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ:
Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի հեթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Յուրա Պապյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գրիգոր Դալլաքյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ ավտոմեքենան, որը բաձված է եղել հողով և աթարով, վերածվել է մետաղե ջարդոնի:
