Կանադան ընդունել Է սիրիացի 10 հազար փախստականների

2015 թվականի նոյեմբերից ի վեր Կանադա են ժամանել սիրիացի 10 հազար փախստականներ, տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով CBC հեռուստաալիքին: Կանադա գրեթե հինգ հազար մարդու տեղափոխումը ֆինանսավորվել Է ի հաշիվ մասնավոր անձանց նվիրատվությունների, մնացած մասի տեղափոխման ծախսերը հոգացել Է համերկրային կառավարությունը:
Հարկադիր վերաբնակներին անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի 4-ից Կանադայի ռազմաօդային ուժերի փոխադրական ինքնաթիռներով տեղափոխում են Հորդանանից ու Լիբանանից, որտեղ փախստականները գտնվում են հատուկ ճամբարներում:
Կանադայի ներգաղթի, փախստականների ու քաղաքացիության գործերի նախարար Ջոն Մաքքալումն անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի վերջին հասարակայնությանը հավաստիացրել Էր, որ մինչեւ 2016 թվականի մարտի 1-ը Կանադա կհասցվեն 25 հազար սիրիացիներ: Ընդսմին դեկտեմբերի սկզբին նա հայտարարել Էր, որ Կանադան մինչեւ այս տարվա մարտը պատրաստ Է ընդունել եւ իր տարածքում տեղավորել առնվազն Է 35 հազար սիրիացի փախստականների՝ 25 հազարին՝ պետության հաշվին, իսկ 10 հազարին՝ մասնավոր նվիրատվությունների հաշվին: Ավելի ուշ Մաքքալումը հայտնել Է, որ մինչեւ 2016 թվականի վերջը մերձավորարեւելյա ն այդ երկրից կարող Է Կանադա ժամանել 50 հազար մարդ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
